Location was good.

For some reason when I had got off a bus one time many taxis did not want to take to this area

I think this is bang for the buck hotel in Pratunam area. Large space room which is totally incomparable to other hotels around in that area for that price range. It is little bit far from the busy Pratunam street shops area, but it's just 5 mins walk distance overall. Great comfortable place to enjoy with limited budget.

Location - The Phaya Thai Airport Link Station is within easy walking distance of the hotel. It is also near the bustling streets of Pratunam Market. There is also a 7-11 store nearby. Short stroll to Platinum Fashion Mall and BTS Ratchatewi Station. Room - Spacious for two people. Balcony with a faucet on the wall. Comfortable beds. Daily room cleaning schedule. Towels are changed daily too. Cool AC. Spacious wardrobe. Free two bottles of water every day. Swift check-in and check-out procedures. Comforting overhead shower with heater.

The WiFi connection is horrible. No soap dish and shampoo rack in the shower area. You have to put the shampoo and shower bottles on the floor of the shower area. The location on the Google Maps. The ride-hailing app drivers were about to drop us at the wrong hotel, the Spritze Hotel, which is actually at the back of Cubic Pratunam Hotel.

Yr breakfast was not up to the level, at most of the time it take longer time to refill empty trays. I have told the staff some items and needs to refill. I think staff should look in to this.

This not my first time in this hotel, I'm repeat customer, in fact now this hotel has improved every area then my last visit. All the front staff is very friendly attended all inquiries, housekeeping was excellent, bed was very good soft N nice falling sleep as soon as laying down. Rooms are big good lighting in the room. Toilet is good too.keep it up good work management.

It's little distance to walk, from pratunam market, if you are carrying heavy items or big shopping. Breakfast is that management must give attention, nothing fantastic.

The staffs were not friendly...

The location is close to BTS Phaya Thai which linked with Svarnabhumi airport train, Pratunam Market, Platinum, Indra Square, just 2 stations away from BTS Mo Chit (Chatuchak Market). The room is tidied everyday, free mineral water, they even have scale to weigh your baggage at the lobby. The room is spacious and clean and so is the bathroom, it was an amazing 5 night stay with cubic, will definitely stay here next time. The staff is awesome too! They also offer local tours at the lobby, a lot of tuk tuk in front of the hotel 👍👍

Staff was really welcoming, trustworthy, friendly and always greeted me with warmth. Always ensuring if I needed more water or room service whenever I leave my room. Even if I didn't need room service I'd always find myself coming back to my room neatly tidied up after a long day out. I also had my things out and nothing was stolen. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Really close to 7-eleven. Walkable distance to Tofu Skincare, The Platinum Fashion mall and nearby markets. If you do aircon pit stops you'd be able to walk all the way to Big C Supercenter and Central world.

The wifi was a bit slow and at times didn't work. However, that didn't really bother me at all since I had purchased a AIS Sim with fast data.

Good value for money. Clean and comfortable rooms. Serves decent breakfast. There's an available massage shop at the 1st floor which closes at 1:30 am. Very convenient after a long day of walk. There's also a car rental desk at the lobby which offers tours. Location wise, very close to Pratunam night market and malls but at least not too close to the busy and noisy streets so night time around the hotel is still quite.

The aircon in one of the 3 rooms we booked was leaking, although addressed immediately by the hotel staff.
