If you don’t mind climbing up to the 5th floor without an elevator and leaving your shoes on the ground floor, you’ll love this place! The staff is very helpful, they helped carry our super heavy suitcases up and down the stairs.

I slept really well which is most important, comfy bed! Clean rooms and extremely nice staff!

Location could be a bit better but given the price, its perfectly fine, just take a Bolt.

The location is very central. We were a tuk tuk away of everything. There are fruit and food markets around with great food. Neighbourhood was very vivid, at our door we had every evening Muai Thai bets, the fight was on a little TV screen and the men were doing bets, screaming loud, really funny to watch ( once in a live time, I believe). The owner couldn't be more kind and helpful. We arrived early and we asked if he could keep our luggage and he provided us with a room till check-in time. The hostel provides free coffee and has a machine of filtered water ( hot and cold).

The communal "kitchen" area would benefit of a bit more cleaning. But is a shared placed not so easy to keep clean

We loved the modern air conditioning and access to washing machines. Also the more busy local environment, rather than being touristy. Quite quiet at night, unless there is a may thia match on, but that didn't go on to late. WiFi was great for video conferencing if needed. The owner always helped when he could and was always available if there were any questions. Kids loved the 80's style video games in the reception area!

No handrails on the stairs when you have kids in socks isn't ideal, also we had to buy a washing line to dry clothes that couldn't go in the dryer. More clothes racks would be handy mainly on the balcony. We had to get a grab to anywhere. .

Very friendly and helpful host that makes you feel welcome. Even lent me an umbrella when it was raining. The area is very local, which for me is part of the cultural experience. Good enough location to visit some parts of the city especially if you like walking and exploring. The rooms are simplistic, clean and has what you need to rest or sleep. Just one suggestion: Some blackout curtains would be a nice addition for guests that want to sleep longer in the morning. Communal kitchen available downstairs if you need to heat some food, even cook if you wish. Water and coffee available throughout the day.

Easy to find. Its very new and clean. Huge room! Nice and minimalist. Lots of natural light. Downstairs was a common kitchen. There's also a coin laundry downstairs so that came in handy. The staff was very helpful and nice.

There were small flies coming from the bathroom even tho everything looked clean. There wasn't a shower curtain so when you shower the water gets everywhere. Could use some more hooks to hang things on. And also could use some dusting in the corners and crevices. Its a really cute place but if not maintained properly it could not look as good in a few years. The door isn't soundproof so you can hear everything thats happening outside of your room, even from downstairs.

The place is super clean and nice, well equipped in the kitchen with drinking water, creamer and so on. The place has a super nice vibe. We were so happy with the place we extended our stay. The owner is super friendly and helped us out. I have been around thailand in over 10 different hotels and so far this one exceeded my expectations for the price. I highly recommend staying here if you are on budget, if you are looking for more authentic Bangkok alleys that aren't touristy.

The rooms were clean and practical and the owner was very friendly. We liked that the hotel was not in a "typical" location for tourists to stay and that we were amongst locals as soon as we stepped into the street.

The mattresses were too firm for my taste. Besides this, we had difficulties finding the hotel when we arrived in Bangkok and did not have mobile data. But this should not be an issue when using a GPS map on your phone. When in doubt ask the local shop owners, they were very friendly and walked us to the hotel.

Really spacious room, massive bed and storage floor space. Bathroom was like a wet room everything got water on in there, but it was good. They provided shower gel, toilet paper and towels which was good. And AC was good

Location was a little out, barely saw any other tourists around it was like 40 minutes walk into old town, and every where else we uber. Was quite though. The room weren’t black out or sound proof (but eye mask and ear buds simple fix)

Love the place and Knot! Highly recommend. Excellent location, with awesome food courts close by and you can get a feel for more local area. Always felt VERY safe! Actual coffee machine with coffee for free 😍 we could store our luggage for 2 weeks there and he treated us twice to some local food. Best place in Bangkok. And most accompanying host :-)

Little suggestions for improvement: mattress quite springy, no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom.
