The interior is very good. Spacious, modern with high-quality furniture. The breakfast was just amazing - every day serving the Thai cuisine plus a large variety of continental meals including an omelet and waffle station. Fresh juices prepared on the spot were delicious. The gym was fine - just enough to do the training two times. Swimming pool is very convenient.

It was February 2023 - there was a huge contraction yard just next to the hotel. While nothing could be heard in the room outside it was very, very noisy all day long which made the time by the swimming pool not that nice.

Amazing breakfast buffet with lots of great options and healthy choices. Staff is great. Rooms are very nice comfortable with nice layout. Good mattress and really nice sheets. Area immediately around it is quiet but a 5 min walk to the BTS and Central Embassy Mall and the water bus is right there. It’s 2 BTS stops to SiamCenter, There is construction around the hotel but it didnt bother me at all. it’s peaceful. If you are looking for a hotel with action this isnt for you.

the rooms are not isolated we can hear everything in the aisle and the next rooms, there is strongly and bad smell in the room and elevators, the rooms are not that clean.

We loved the place the moment we walked in. Very nice staff and professional. I want to give our appreciation to Sar from breakfast team. She has taken a perfect care of us with our food allergies and requirements. She has a perfect sense and heart of hospitality especially for a wellness resort. Breakfast team is wonderful. Nice gym but need a bit more equipments. Nice Spa. We found our favorite place for staying in Bangkok.

Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is awesome, and the breakfast lobby is very nice. Nicely maintained property. It's not a tall building and doesn't give an apartment feel.

It was clean, well-maintained, quiet (despite the construction of other buildings happening outside the hotel). The healthy food options for breakfast at Nourish; Khum Hôm served us a phenomenal dinner menu (our servers Sar and Nat were awesome). Thor, the manager at concierge was very helpful.

While it is a stone’s throw from the BTS station and Central Embassy (5-8min walk), it feels much further than it is due to the heat! Also not a fault of the property, but there’s no convenience shops nearby the hotel. There is a Starbucks in the annex building opposite the main hotel building, along with a few other restaurants and a pharmacy, but these closed quite early when we were there.

Staff professional behavior, i would like to thank Bounas, Tasneem , Friend and all staff. They were very supportive, friendly and respectful. The food was amazing and the hotel facilities were perfect for us. I was very happy and feeling very relax. Its help me alot to get better and spend quit time. The breakfast is excellent. We had the dinner also in the hotel, it was very great. Staff always ready to help and support and always smile. The spa and coffee shops in the hotel are very good and perfect for the guests. You can have coffee time with the river view. You'll be happy to spend time in the resort enjoying the quiteness, gym and spa.

Was very satisfied with the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great with a wide array of options, the fitness room was great and I used it several times. The location is just a short walk away from a network of buses and the subway system and is well placed for convenient travel various spots around Bangkok. Was very satisfied l with the experience!

I was mostly very satisfied with the experience. Some minor points could be: rotating the breakfast menu every few days/some dishes rostered daily as despite the breakfast being great, some changes would keep the experience fresh. Sometimes the pool area could have been maintained a little better as it was unavailable at some points or did not have a member of staff there.

We had a fabulous stay at the recently renovated and reopened resort. The staff were amazing - incredibly helpful and friendly. They couldn’t do enough for us. The room was very comfortable and peaceful. As a family we loved the pool area, lovely tropical gardens and perfect for escaping the heat and relaxing. Breakfast offered a bit of everything - lots of healthy (and not so healthy!) options. Great location for shopping - a few mins from Siam Square. Also easy to hop on the train to get around the city. The kids loved chocolate hour and adults enjoyed the cocktails at happy hour. A really calming Oasis in the city.

You could hear some building work when relaxing by the pool, but I think you can in most areas of the city!
