The Rosewood hotel in Bangkok exceeded my expectations and has now become my favorite hotel not only in Bangkok but also around the world. The hotel captures the essence of the 1920s with a touch of contemporary elegance. I enjoyed the carefully selected playlist in the lobby, which added to the overall experience. The deluxe room I stayed in felt more like a suite due to its generous size. The room, bed and bathroom, were incredibly spacious and comfortable. The marble floors in the bathroom added a touch of luxury, and I couldn't help but appreciate the attention to detail in making the space both cozy and stylish. The air conditioning, which works as a sensor (so switches off when you leave the room), but quickly gets cold when you turn on the air conditioning again, worked perfectly during my stay. The culinary experience at Rosewood was exceptional, and it was the best I've had in Bangkok. Every restaurant within the hotel was delicious and maintained a high level of consistency. I was particularly impressed with the breakfast selection, restaurant by the pool, and the Chinese restaurant. The staff at Rosewood were truly exceptional and made me feel warmly welcomed throughout my stay. I must also commend the housekeeping team for their excellent job in maintaining cleanliness. They went above and beyond by cleaning the room twice a day, and I even noticed that they provided a microfiber cloth when they saw my glasses in the bathroom. It's these little details that truly make a difference. They even took the extra step of folding our clothes, which was a lovely surprise. Rosewood hotel has an excellent location. It’s connected to the metro and is 20 minutes away from Bangkok airport. Also the hotel is located near pharmacies, art galleries, restaurants, and walking distance to the central embassy mall. I will definitely be back again!

Location is convenient, bridge connecting the BTS station with direct adjacency. Staff is nice and professional. Room is very clean. And. Special thanks to Jasmine and other staff. All are very friendly and helpful, we also received a small cake for our wedding anniversary and a photo with frame, which is really sweet for such surprises. Their Spa is very good as well (which we didn’t expect it’s service is that good, compare with other similar hotel spa. This is one of the best given the bed and the treatment I have had really made us feel very comfortable and relaxed)

The in-room amenities could be enhanced a bit, mini bar got no tea bags but only coffee.

This hotel was on my list since its opening, and it did not disappoint. The hotel is in a very good location right below BTS Ploen Chit. Our room was fantastic - with an enormous cozy bed, a very posh bathroom with separate toilet and shower and a nice sitting area and large entrance to put luggage etc. It was my husband's birthday on the day of arrival and the staff prepared a small, delicious chocolate cake (thank you!). The Lennon bar on the rooftop is amazing and serves delicious drinks and snacks. The pool area is nice too and has a large locker room where you can shower and keep your things upon check out, if you still want to use the pool. Entrance is very grand, and staff was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast buffet was the best! Loved the atmosphere in the restaurant and will need to get back for their afternoon tea. But back to the breakfast buffet; large variety of super fresh and yummy food and there is an a la carte menu as well. Would definitely stay again!

The best hotel hospitality I have even seen. I have stay in many hotels in different cities, but honestly this hotel was the best hotel hospitality I even seen. Starting from check-in to check out. From the team in arrival area to the duty manager. It was my first time I visited Bangkok I love it and one of the main responses was this hotel. A generous hotel. Thank you Rosewood Hotel, B&B.

The location not clear for the driver, sometimes the missed the hotel direction

Location is perfect. It has a well linked walk ways to many malls where house so many great food courts and restaurants. The bar has stunning view and the interior is a top notch. The bar food was good too. Outdoor pool and balcony were luxurious. But the pool was not clean I could feel grains of debris running my hand on the tiles. Given it is a new hotel, I was surprised there were some loose mosaics already. Staff are welcoming and whenever walking pass them, they all said hi in Thai. One person in particular I’d like to mention is Andy, our butler, who went above and beyond to assist us which made our stay smooth and pleasant. The quality of the materials used around the hotel oozed premium quality. I love the bathroom marble, tap, shower and other accessories. It was the best rain shower in any 5 star hotels I have been. Pillows and bed were divine.

Too many separate lifts. It could be quite confusing at times. Great design but workmanship in building it seemed to be poor. Like the loose mosaics I mentioned above. The door stopper behind my main entrance was already damaged. Breakfast felt a little limited with the menu options although the patisserie were really good. Communication between the front and concierge perhaps could be improved.

The breakfast was really lovely, the Thai and the Western items were all really good. The underground parking was really good and plentiful, and I think there was a parking tower behind the hotel as well if the underground parking is full. The room itself was fantastic: spacious room with comfy bed and view, the bathroom was well equipped with a great shower and tub and great amenities. The pool is really nice with a great view and the pool staff were very helpful. The staff at the hotel was probably the biggest area that I liked. Everyone was very polite, and helpful. The reception/concierge staff were all very accommodating in my requests and questions, the waitresses and waiters at breakfast were very thoughtful with fantastic service. The location is also great with ease of access by car/taxi and BTS.

Overall, it does give me the feeling of a luxury hotel. Room was spacious and modern design. It meets all my expectation as a luxury hotel. Very attentive staffs and front desk staffs are all well groomed. Directly connected to BTS station with a bridge. Next to Central Embassy mall. Just two stops away from Siam station where most of the major malls and tourist spots are located.

1. I had to carry all my luggages out from the car upon arrival at the hotel and carry my luggages into the car when I departed. No help was extended. I wasn’t really impressed with that. 2. Swimming pool is very basic. 3. Lift area and hotel hallways are very dark.

Views of buildings next door a bit too close. The minibar was not stocked with milk for our coffee or teabags. Only after we bought fresh milk that the fridge was stocked with a small carton of long life milk. Our fresh milk spoiled after 2 nights because the minibar was not cool enough. Our rooms were turned down for the evening on 2 out of 3 nights…..

Everything was so perfect. We are travelling around the world and Rosewood in Bangkok was one of the best hotels we have ever been. Each little thing was perfect there. For every our requests staff reacted and helped us immediately. They are wonderful. I want to personally thank Managing director - Sandra Watermann - she is the ideal in hotel management, she knows everything and she is so available to help with anything any time. We felt like we are in home during our staying in Rosewood and it also quite depend on our amazing butler Osmond who made us feel like we are at home. We want to say thank you to Kent, Ocean and Fern who takes care of us all time. It was pleasure to meet all of these wonderful people. This hotel is much more than just 5 stars hotel, this is much much more. We enjoyed so much every minute we spent there. We just came back home and now planning when we will be able to go back to Rosewood Bangkok. I definitely recommend everyone who comes to Bangkok to stay in Rosewood. You will never forget this hotel!
