Great views

The only reason I marked it low in cleanliness is we were there for three nights and looked under bed before checking out to make sure we didn’t have anything go under it and there was a dirty used dildo under it. Maybe maid service needs to check under beds more. It was right where they should’ve swept and/or mopped. The property was nice, but I had specifically booked it for pool, which I asked right before checking in if it was working in a message to them and they responded that yes it was. We were hot and ready to go swim after returning the first night and stopped by pool to find it half empty and closed down and a note left under our door said pool was down until June 21, the day we happen to be checking out. Wasn’t happy.

It was a very spacious appartment, the veiw from the window was exeptional,the room was kept very clean by staff, reception desk staff always happy and helpful, easy access to transport, we will definatley stay there again on our next visit to Bangkok

Gymnasium not very well equiped , and far too hot with no air con,

Modern hotel right next to a beautifull park in the central Bangkok, walking distance to metro. The room was very spacious with unbelievable view (Bangkok skyline), balcony and good accessories. Pool had a great view too.

During our stay, the hotel restaurant was going through reconstruction, which led to haveing our "inprice breakfast" in a strange bistro in a mall right next to the hotel. Quality of the breakfast didnt match the quality of the hotel at all and we would probably avoid it if we knew it

The location in BKK is perfect. A little supermarket is close. the services apartment was huge.

Due to Covid the gym and pool weren’t in great shape, but ok for us.

Hotel was of a very high standard just a shame no food or drink open at hotel and not sure this was made clear on booking.

No restaurants or bars open, massive shame.

the view from the 38th floor! absolutely outstanding. make sure you ask for a park view so you can see Lumpini and Benjakkati parks. absolutely incredible views of a surprisingly green city.

Our room had an ant infestation on the 36th floor. We bought some ant bait for the kitchen so hopefully we’ve helped out for future residents. also, the washer smelled pretty bad even after trying to clean it, so we didn’t want to use it.

Big ,clean , convenient room with a good view in a very quiet area , the housekeeping are very fast and did everything in the room ,nice luxury hotel and well maintained ,i like the strong air conditioning and i like the well maintained kitchen . The reception stuff are polite ,professional and want to help.

The bedroom curtains need a good blackout to avoid sun light ,the mattress is a bit hard , the lift is a bit slow for this long tower ,the area is very quiet and far from asok bts station in this extreme hot weather with the very long time traffic light ,but the area is good for families and far from the red light area.

The location is great, just next to a nice park, metro and sky train connections. The room/apartment was very spacious with a washing machine and dryer in the room. Stayed only 1 night, but would had been perfect for a longer stay. Had a great view from the 31st floor balcony. The pool is rather small, but with a great view on the city skyline.

Absolutely fantastic, large room with kitchen, washing machine, spacious living room, cool balcony and a most spectacular view over Bangkok. WiFi extremely reliable and fast, perfect for remote working. Staff is so polite and helpful. One of the best experiences I've ever made in a Bangkok hotel.

Breakfast seems to be a bit provisional in the business center nearby..Why not setting it up in the closed long table restaurant?
