The hotel has a great location, close to Khaosan Road, the Grand Palace, the Emerald Buddha and in a nice neighbourhoood. There is a 7/11 across the street and several good restaurants nearby. You can go to the rooftop to have an amazing view. All in all, it is a good hotel if you want to stay for a few days.

My biggest issues were with the breakfast: It just was not that good and on top of that there were ants in the sugar. The cutlery was not properly cleaned. The water in the shower was too hot ( you could not change the temperature no matter what you did) and the AC just did its own thing all the time (even though I changed the temperature, it was constantly either too hot or too cold). Those were just a few things that made the stay more annoying than necessary.

The FD and housekeeping staff I’ve dealt with were very very helpful and accommodating. The room was big and complete. The hotel is in a safe location and I walked the whole time and even at nights, and to/from the important sites. I didn’t include the breakfast buffet when I booked the room because I thought it was a bit pricey and I don’t eat much. I tried it once and it was so-so, and another time I just ordered from the menu and I liked it. I had laundry done and it was cheap and fast. There’s also a 7/11 nearby.

When we checked out we asked the receptionist for a taxi to the airport, he said it will come in 10 min. After 20 min was still no taxi there so we asked when it will arrive and he said that it won‘t come. If I would not have asked we would still sit there waiting for the taxi. So we waisted 20 min in which we could have tried to find a taxi by ourselfes. So if you need to go to the airport I suggest to use Grab to get a taxi yourself and not be 30 min late. Apart from this everything was fine!

great location close to Grand Palace and Khoasan Road. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast, Thai food is better than western food options. Felt safe as a solo female traveler.

The staff is very helpful, thanks Zen! They helped with booking activities and reunite with our taxi driver when we got lost. The buffet breakfast was amazing, with different plates every day besides the eggs, fruits and waffles. Very close to Grand Palace, main temples and Khaosan Road. Nice and quiet rooftop area.

Good location. Friendly staff who helped to book tours and taxis. 24hrs front desk with possibility lo leave the luggage after you check out. The room was clean and had what we needed. Beds were comfortable. kettle in the room with coffee and tea. A bottle of water for each of us in the room. I would satay there again if only 2 people because the room for 3 people was small.

- My window had the view on an old street, not the best view and with the other building windows so close. For privacy, to close the curtains is the only option.

I like the room, it is very clean, sheets, pillows and bed are all comfy. Their affordable rates comes with a free breakfast, oh I love the fruits! Staff are nice and very helpful, there is a Filipino staff which is a plus for us too. Also the hotel is near all the places we planned to go. There are lots of restaurants around. Safe neighborhood.

The staff was very friendly, there was a great buffet selection in the morning, and it was very close to a majority of the sites to visit in Old Bangkok.

I wish the shower door was a full door rather than a half-door. A razor was also provided in the bathroom but think it was rusty (and I used my own instead).

The stuff were super nice. the location was practical, next to temples, main street for nightlife, close by to catch the boat. really enjoy it staying there for the week.
