Very good value with decent room and necessary facilities.

It was a relatively far walk from BTS and MRT (not that bad/far), but at least it was conveniently close to 7-11, and clubs/bars but those aren't my things.

I stayed here 3 times during my stay in Bangkok, but this last time they told me they upgraded my room to an updated room. My room was nice, clean, and comfy, but compared to my former room a definite downgrade (no real upgrades that I saw except for an elevated bed and lights under it). There was no balcony and the room was smaller than before, but the water was warmer than the other room. The toilet kept running for a long time, but as soon as I informed them by the time I came back it was fixed.

Balcony room is where it is at, no balcony... it's okay. Again the location isn't the best. 20 minutes to the closest station.

Great friendly staff. Whole place very clean and tidy. Love their interior and decorations. Also spot one fat cat hanging around, I guess staffs take care of it.

The chair in my room got some mysterious white/dark stains. I can’t help thinking they are some kind of bodily fluid…or maybe just some guests spilled drink on it… Pillow too thick for me and funnily they are thicker on one end and less thick on other end…like they kinda taper… Hairdryer smells of strong eye-stinging chemical when turned on. Also take forever to dry my short hair. There’re few small mosquitos in room. There are also tiny spider eggs latched on tv. Shower door doesn’t seal water well so the floor outside of the shower get little wet. Also the sink is not properly installed so water pool a bit instead of going straight down the drain. This seems like a long complaint, but actually they are just trivial matters. I don’t mind them much. I enjoy my stay.

Amazing! Super clean… super breakfast… super pool in front of the room! Congratulations to the girl whom prepared the breakfast (they prepared it even much before the normal breakfast time started, for letting us enjoy it during our phi phi tour. Also, they made the same the last day for arriving on time to the airport) The room amazing! 1,5 m away from the pool. You could jump after waking up! The beach 3 minutes walking. 7eleven 5 minutes walking. Restaurants and shops 7 minutes walking. They offer free mangos in your room for your arrival. Super experience! Thanks to the all team for making our experience in Phuket unforgettable!!!

Noting. Literally, everything amazing for the price.

Easy checkin and checkout process. Staff was nice and accommodating. Room is clean and spacious. There is a lift but you can also use the stairs. It's that I can hear the moaning from the other room for a good 30mins, not sure if she is being serviced by a massage therapist or has been fighting a spirit. All in all, it was a great place, quiet neighborhood (except the room beside me).

The sound proofing between rooms can be improved especially that rooms are made from stacked container vans.

The room was lovely. Very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. We were in a room with 4 bunk beds and each one was like it's own little pod, complete with locker, shelves, clothes hooks, sockets, lamp, and even a curtain to draw round for privacy. We were able to borrow an iron and ironing board, free of charge. A free bottle of water is provided daily for each guest, which is a nice touch, as the tap water is not safe to drink. It was extremely good value for money. As it was so cheap, my expectations were realistic, but it definitely exceeded them.

Only a couple of small niggles. A vending machine or something like that on site would have been convenient, although there were shared kitchen facilities, but sometimes it is just easier to grab and go, especially first thing in the morning. That's just a 'me' thing. Also reception closes at 7pm and there is only a security guard sat outside after this. This can be tricky for late check ins (this was the case for one of my friends) or any issues which may arise.

Friendly staff. Quiet yet centralized location. Definitely good for taking winbikes around, although walks to MRT or BTS is definitely not considered near. Food stalls and 7-11 nearby. Overall design/theme of the hotel feels unique.

Water pressure of the shower is bad on the lower floors. Definitely need to put more work into maintenance of the rooms as it doesn't feel as new/good back then when I stayed in 2019. Lack the option of monthly rental option.

Our room was comfortable, brightly lit, and soundproofed. The shower was hot and there was plenty of storage space. There are great transport links around, and many restaurants and corner shops also close by. We were offered fresh cold drinking water each day and there was a shared kitchen available if we needed it.

Our room was not cleaned once during our five day stay despite the fact that cleaning was being carried out in the rooms around us. This was an issue especially as you are not able to flush toilet paper!! In addition to this, the receptionist was blunt and slightly hostile. We also would have liked opportunities to meet other travellers, if the accommodation had organised a way of bringing us together that would have been fantastic, especially given that it was New Year’s Eve.

This room had a balcony, it was clean, and the air conditioner worked extremely well. They also were super nice on letting me store my luggage there for a few days when I went to another city, and I came back to check in again.

The shower was super cold, I probably should have tried to figure it out but I ran out of time. The location, its about 20 minutes each way to the nearest station. So most of the time I just used grab.

Superb clean hotel with a industrial vibe going on: think light shades made of spanners and rooms made out of shipping containers. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. There are plenty of food options in the area including the inevitable 7/11's and small barbeque food stalls which set up at night.

The balcony door was locked !
