The rooms are large, have everything you need in them... Nice balcony, cooking area in the Superior Rooms.. Decent pool and sunbathing area, small but adequate, pool towels. The rooms ending in 02.03,04 and 05 on the higher floors are the best.

Would have liked to have a clothes line and a chair with small table i could put on the balcony.. Laundry machine was a bit expensive in comparison to other hotels in that area.

The staff were always attentive and friendly, happy to help whenever I needed something. The room itself was generous in size, had a great balcony and was very clean. I appreciated the complimentary water given every morning too. A prime location for an unbeatable price, the hotel was a short walk away from the major malls, BTS and many shops. I didn't get the chance to use the hotel's leisure facilities so can't review this aspect, however everything I experienced was outstanding. Ordering a taxi to the airport for me was the icing on the cake 👌🏻

This is a great hotel in a great location. The hotel room is reasonably large with a bed and table and a kitchenette. It is in a fantastic location very near to many good restaurants, massage places and other good hotels like Marriott Marquis. It is also 1-2 km from Asok which has great nightlife. The bed was quite clean and spiffy.

Overall, the place is great.. the only issue was the wifi speed was horrible. The shower also needs a bit of twiddling before you get the hot/cold ratio correct.

The noise in the evening Almost every night when I stayed there the noises like the one that was beaten on the concrete wall echoed into my room.My room was 311, and it seemed the noise came from one room above mine.I reported to the reception and the answer was” We checked it and did not hear anything “ Was I in illusion or paranoid? I was certain I was not .I was completely conscious and fully aware of the noise At the end I gave up and tried to get some sleep but the following day I was completely exhausted Please improve this situation.

EXCELLENT LOCATION! WONDERFUL STAFF!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR MORE OF THE “CITY-VIBE” OF BANGKOK!!! Easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and all forms of transportation to get about the city!

Laundry Room could use some attention with NEW machines but there are “in house” laundry services available or very reasonable services available within walking distance from hotel as well. Definitely not a deal breaker for us. Still a great place to stay!

The hotel is situated in the heart of sukhumvit, very accessible to everywhere, marriot and Holiday Inn in the same same street, emporium mall is only 8 to 10mins walk, terminal 21 is only 8 to 10mins walk too. The bts train station is 6 minutes walk and directly infront of the hotel is 7/11,domino's pizza and many massageplaces.. the staffs are amazing and always willing to help, the bed and pillow is super soft.

Do not expect some luxury hotel tho, but the rooms are clean,just that the furniture's are old but apart from that everything is pretty good.

It feels like home, the front office attendants are friendly and helpful, well done! The environment of the room is very spacious and well facilitated with a very economical price, the hotel is located to the nearby shops and restaurants, very convenient...

The location is kinda far from the train station, it takes about 15 minutes to get there, although you can call for a taxi, tut tut or motorcycle for a ride to the place of interest to visit....

Large clean room and very good wifi. Delicious breakfast . The staff were very welcoming particularly Siam snd Zen. The location is brilliant down a lively soi but only a 10 minute walk to the bts or mrt Station. We will stay here again. All in all, it's great value for money.

A couple more beds round the pool and new towels please. Some gym equipment was broken.

They upgraded us for free to a larger room so that our son had more space (three people sharing). Staff were super friendly/helpful and knew the local area very well so could advise on finding services that we needed.

Breakfast room was closed for renovation, but they offered us free breakfast and a transfer each morning to their other hotel to eat breakfast.

Room was very spacious and kitchen part was well equipped. Proper bath and a couple of spaces for writing. Also liked the coin operated laundry. I found I did not need the drier as the clothes rack on the balcony did the job.

Decor is a little dated
