amazing View. gym is one of the best of the hotels we stayed at in bangkok. you have to walk for about 10 minutes to the shopping mall and sukhumvit street (BTS). there is a free shuttle, but you have to follow the shuttle times and are not flexible. staff is very friendly. there is a 7 eleven supermarket next to the hotel, which is ideal for small items.

the windows cannot be opened. If a previous guest has cooked in the apartment, the smell is not so pleasant. we bought room fragrances. there is a topper on the mattress that is not comfortable.

Room Service: 24/7 at our beck and call Amenities: Gym, pool, sauna, kids-zone, massage, roof top bar, court games, hair-dresser, and more Staff: Chief Concierge ‘Kai’ and his team never let us worry about a thing. Nothing to hard.

We didn’t want to leave. My daughter cried after getting to know the Concierge and dining staff. She stated they were family to her.

Although the hotel is tucked away down a Soi away from the Sukhumvit main drag a shuttle runs every half hour for those who choose not to walk. The Phrom Phong skytrain station and the EmQuartier shopping malls are found at the Sukhumvit / Soi24 road junction which is very handy. Asok and the Terminal 21 shopping mall are a short walk away. All the hotel staff were fabulous as was the room. Ours had a small kitchen unit and a large main bedroom with a bath/shower room attached. Nice bar/coffee area and breakfast had a variety of options with Asian and Western foods available.

If you choose to walk to Sukhimvit it takes approx. 15 minutes to walk but the pavements are not easy to use for anyone infirm. (This is the case with most pavements in Bangkok though!)

i loved the breakfast as well as the room. wondeful, clean and spacious. For some unkown reason i was set in a room for wheelchair access, but oh well. i did not care. maybe they all are like this, i thought.

the fact that the waiters required my signature after i've put in the pin code of my credit card for payment. the receipt clearly read: pin code used, no signature needed. Please explain the staff the peculiarities of financial paperwork

The staff was the best! Pui, Eve and Som made our stay exceptional and took special care of our every request. It was nice being greeted by them each day. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight. Compliments to all the cooks, kitchen and dining staff.

The location was a little difficult to get to due to traffic.

Close location to major shops and extremely close to supermarkets, facilities pool- spa and kids play Area fabulous, staff fantastic, shuttle bus to Emporium shopping centre ever 30 minutes from 6am till 11pm with major restaurants nearby

Room service did not understand my order in English, food was better in the breakfast area.

The staff makes you want to extend your stay. They go out of their way to accommodate all your needs. The staff are the utmost professional and engage you with great conversations.

Room was spacious and comfortable, comes with washing machine and dryer which is very convenient. Breakfast selection is very good, but would be better if they provide more Thai selection for tourists to try. Overall a good stay.

The hotel provides free tuk tuk shuttle to BTS station but the frequency seemed irregular at night time. Housekeeping was done quite late in the day and they did not refill shower gel when used up.

Daily regular shuttle service to train station. Apartment was nice with washing machine. Pool is nice, but like most buildings in Bangkok sunshine is limited due to surrounding High rise buildings.

Upon arrival the bed was uncomfortable like mattress was damaged, this was swapped out the following day and was fine thereafter. We also had a small issue with hot water, but once these issues were bought to the attention of general manager, they went out of their way to address and resolve.

Breakfast was exceptional, European, international and Asian kitchen. The staff is very friendly. The appartment is very big about 60 sqm. Kitchen is well equiped. Food in the Bistro is good

The price of the mini bar is little bit to high (Small can of beer 180 Baht, in the supermarket 20 m away, you get a big can for 60 Baht). The carpet in our room had some dirty spots, that seemed unhygienic.
