It's a special place: The art and experiential quality of it reflected by the details in the rooms and shared spaces (from furniture forms and colors, coffee mugs to lighting) allows you to get a feel for a style you may not chose for your home, but will love to experience in this hotel! I loved almost every minute. The staff is wonderful (Thank you, Cream) and Boat, the manager is dazzling :). Hope to meet you all again.

Hhhm, let me think hard... Oh, yes: Please try using sour-dough bread with the Eggs Benedict instead of sweet bread/cake.

I slept really well for all 3 nights I was there. Thoughtful design- international socket. Room was bright with plenty of natural sunlight. Air conditioning was comfortably cool and quiet. Special mention to Shu Crème (sorry about the spelling) for walking me to the Main Street and helped me flag down a taxi under the very hot sun!

The location. It’s not close to any BTS station. Closest is Queen SiriKit Mrt station which is a 20 baht motorbike ride away. Also found it a bit harder to order a taxi using the Bolt app, with longer wait times, probably due to its location.

This place is unlike any other hotel you will find. Absolute gem full of colour hidden along a quiet street in Bangkok. From the lobby to the room, and the incredible rooftop restaurant with panoramic views, I will never forget this hotel. It was impeccably clean. The staff were incredible and even arranged a (basic but better than nothing) take out breakfast bag at 4AM as we had to fly out early on our last night. The rooms are very unique; dozens of light switches that cast fun different lighting. Bordering on gimmicky but it just works. The highlight is definitely the rooftop bar. Best place for sunset drinks. The dinner there is quite good as well.

This place is quite expensive for Thailand standards. Paying prices not far from what we would pay back home for drinks and food. The location isn't great. The area is not very walkable, and getting to the main attractions can be a bit of a drive depending on the traffic. So the value for money is questionable, but I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Brand new place with superb location, safe and quiet street, very helpful and competent staff, clean, comfortable spacious room with an interesting local community, very good price.

No swimming pool at the Chi hotel, but they have arrangement to be able to use swimming pool at Rompo Mansion which is 3 minute walk next door, minor inconvenience to walk but its OK

The room and the bathroom were very modern. In general, the hotel was very new. The lobby and reception was beautiful and the staffs were super friendly ! We especially liked the shuttle service to the underground station which made getting about Bangkok very easy.

This is probably one of the best hotels in the area at this price point. Everything here is great. But the most important thing to me is the shower. It's the only hotel where you don't get scalded by boiling water, but stable warm water. All the rooms are new and have great clean renovations. Interesting design. The cleanliness and quality of materials finish at a high level. The staff are like angels, ready to help you with any question. I would like to come only to this hotel, but there is one huge problem.

There is an architectural error in the hotel. Some of the rooms face the road. Due to the fact that there is an open balcony, which helps spread the echo of road noise - it is impossible to sleep. The problem is intensified by very thin glass in the whole wall. Such a solution is fine when there is a good view or the sea outside the window. If you are travelling and have to drive the next day - be prepared that you may not be able to sleep in this room. Despite this, we had our room changed at our request at 3am. Rooms with windows in the courtyard are very quiet.

Nice hotel with a colourful and unique design, close to the transport MRT station and also close to the local park and local markets in the area and also not far from Sukhumvit shopping malls just one stop on the train

The hotel is very central to points of interest including Terminal 21 Mall, the Benjakitti park, night entertainment areas and the Skytrain and MRT. The staff were truly wonderful. Very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The lobby has a nice boutique feel. The rooms offer everything you need for good value- very comfortable beds and pillows, fast wifi, nice bathroom with good water pressure, delicious breakfast options and luggage storage if needed.

We had zero complaints. This will be our go to place in Bangkok in the future.

The hotel design wise is amazing! There is a lot of thought put in the place and you can tell straight away. The bed was comfortable and the room was really nicely designed. The staff was amazing as well! Location was great.

The rooms are not soundproof, you can here the floor above you and if your staying on the street side (superior room) then it gets really noisy and smelly from street food if you open the balcony door.
