1. Room is much bigger than it looks in the photos, with good desk area. 2. Room does have a window (even though it faces a wall, it still lets decent natural light in) which isn't visible in the photos. 3. The bed was big and comfy (not really hard mattress). 4. Room was very clean. 5. The staff kindly let us check in early free of charge which we really appreciated as we had been travelling for a many hours. 6. Nearby to a 7/11 and great local street food stalls. N.B. I can't comment on the surrounding area of the hotel as unfortunately I was unwell during my stay so only left the room for meals / water. 7. Strong WiFi and air con. 8. Nice bathroom with powerful shower and refillable shampoo and shower gel (no conditioner).

1. 'View' from the window (but totally acceptable for the price). 2. The lift takes ages(!) to work and seems to prioritise some floors over others, so may not be the most accessible. 3. There are only 2/3 hangers and no wardrobe space (surprising considering the size of the room, but also fine for a short stay).

Nearly perfect! I like the hotel as it met my expectation in terms of cleanliness, room size and comfort. Receptionists are friendly and happy to help.

The only downside of the hotel is the noise created by the housekeeping staffs every single morning. It woke me up every single dat, they made unnecessary noise by talking and laughing in group- seem like they didn’t care about customers sleeping or staying in the rooms. One day while I was in my room, two girls jumped and popped into my room screaming at each other- they weren’t aware I was in my room while their friends were cleaning the room for me. They said sorry but I don’t think it’s appropriate to behave this way. If the owner can manage this issue well, I think the hotel will be perfect .

We stay for 4 nights & really satisfied! Room is very clean, staff are very friendly. Near Phaya Thai & Victory Monument BTS Station. Reccommend for those want to stay in this hotel, can choose Sukhumvit Airport because Phaya Thai BTS Station is interchange with Sukhumvit Airport Rail Link.

the hotel is very nice and the rooms are pretty. really good balcony, private and big enough. the bathroom was nice with great shower and bathtub and very hot water. the room is spacious and it has a desk. breakfast has great selection and it was very yummy. the staff is nice. the payathai BTs station is a 4 min walk from the station, there’s seven eleven close by and a coffee place open 24 hours.

the curtains are not exactly blackout and they don’t stay fixed so you might have sunlight entering the room early in the morning. the bed is a bit hard. I don’t dislike it but it’s a bit harder than usual.

Perfect central location - a short walk to victory monument, centre one shopping centre, century shopping centre with night food markets, taxis and the BTS sky train stations at Victory and Phaya Thai. Phaya Thai is just two stations from Siam. The hotel is very comfortable, renovated in the last few years but still with its classic rustic exterior. The staff are very friendly and the buffet breakfast downstairs is simple but delicious. I stayed here before the hotel is now better than ever.

Soi Ayutthaya 2 is a very thin one-lane street so walking up and down involves constantly sharing the road with bikes and cars using it as a shortcut.

The staff from reception, especially Mrs Bee, Mr Non and porter are very friendly and helpful. From both we could get useful local information. Room was exactly as it shown in the photos. Very clean, spacious and comfortable for 3 of us. Refrigerator and flat screen is available. Bottle of water per person per day is offered free of charge. Hotel is approximately 5-10 minutes to/from BTS Phaya Thai station. Airport Rail Link from/to the Suvarnabhumi Airport takes about 25-30 minutes. We highly recommend this hotel and we will come back again in the near future.

WLAN connection was not strong enough.

Nicely decorated, pretty large, rather new looking room in the part of the building facing the soi. Quiet, it felt good from the first moment. Good location near Victory Monument. Friendly staff. I liked that there was a shower and a bathtub. Overall I can recommend to stay here.

I did not try the breakfast, but judging from what I saw it didn‘t offer as many choices as comparable places might, so it‘s probably not worth getting it. The room did not have a massive amount of daylight because the balcony and only window was in one corner of the room. It was not too dark though, so this was not a big issue for me.
