Room is confortable..

Taxi take 20 mins to get.. Very poor area. Only one bell to assist in this big hotel. Many taxi refuse to pick up passenger from here. Dont know why. Breakfast is not halal.. Regret to booked with breakfast.

The concierge was friendly and approachable. Every time we walk pass, they will greet us and smile to us. The hotel reception was promptly in servicing us during our check in. I am travelling with my siblings. Without further asking, they even offered 3 bedded room to cater 3 of us. I am so thankful and grateful for their service. Great location definitely when you have family members travelling together.

We are staying here for 6days 5nights. Housekeeping manages to clear the room twice without changing our bath towel and all the linens. We have to call and ask for change. I do understand that hotel was supporting eco-friendly campaign but appreciate if they can change it once at least during our long stay.

I'm coming to this hotel for about 15 years. It's unique location, across the street from the terminal of the airport train and the Phya Thai skytrain with 2 stops to the Siam Center offers a maximum of convenience. On top, if someone appreciates true Thai food, there is a food court two buildings next at the street intersection, 2nd floor (an evening schoold for kids to support their teaching).

I have not been there for 2 or three years now with Covid-19 travel restrictions. Now, there are new, nice TV-sets, but for some reason, there is no more BBC world on the TVs (neither is CNN, but that's not that important). When travelling the world on business trips however, you understand that BBC world is THE source of information you definitely don't want to miss. Given that, the unstability of the WLAN is not increasing your joy of staying in the place... ! This time, we just came for sleeping over night between two meetings, so we didn't spend that much room there, but these two points HAVE TO BE IMPROOVED! - Can't be that much of a problem, other places have a nice strong WLAN, too. And- why not tune BBC world to the TV???

Great staff. Helpful front desk. Location wad very convenient and pretty quick to the airport.

The first day we arrived the shower didn't drain. But when we called front desk some came to fix the problem right away. The pool was a bit too cold to swim in but ithat wouldn't be a problem on warner days.

Clean, comfortable and classy. A real haven in the midst of a busy city. Easy to move around too as close to the BTS.

location is great, 2-2.5 km away from the center and malls. you can a 30 minute walk to Siam paragon and Centro world. The hotel location is great, there is a park 10 minute walk away if you want to go run

Sukosol hotel is perfectly located for a traveller arriving at Bangkok international airport, as it is only a 30 minutes airport link ride (45 Baths) away. The room was big and King size bed very comfy. There is a good variety of internationaal channel TV available. The swimming pool on the 6th fllor is still great (that's my 3rd stay at this hotel), the sauna is very good also but could benefit from some renovation. Good choice of restaurant in the hotel too. Staff is welcoming and price also competitive.

It would be a nice touch to have 'smart TV' in order to use Youtube, Netflix etc. There shall be a water fountain near the sauna room. Massage cost, as in every hotel, is too high.

Very nice hotel, in a good location,and very thoughtful and helpful staff. We had 2 interconnecting rooms. They were very comfortable and clean. It was our 27th wedding anniversary on one of the days we were there. When we came back that day, we found a lovely red petals arrangement on the bed wishing us happy anniversary. It was a lovely touch ❤️ We booked to visit sunrise at Angkor Wat and were picked up at 4.50am. They prepared our breakfast boxes to take away on the tour which was very nice. The hotel had a pool which was nice to chill after being out. And is opposite the museum should you wish to visit

The room is a little bit old and the laundry service is expensive.

The moment i reach the hotel by taxi, the welcome that i got was amazing very friendly staff always respectful.. be it security the bell boys the receptionist everybody was amazing great food from room service.. and the guy delivering our food always so respectful and amazing personality even housekeeping team was amazing all request we made were done in rapid time no need to wait i came only for four days but im planning already on going back to The SUKOSOL HOTEL again for two weeks
