Good location. It was easy to find on Google maps. I'm a solo female traveler and I was completely safe walking around at night. The room was super clean. The AC was cold (although I prefer windows open). Lots of great restaurants nearby. I could easily walk to the tourist sights. I was usually lazy and took a Grab scooter home for around 40 baht. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing to complain about the hotel itself. There are not many public transport connections in this area. The fastest cheap option would be a bolt motor taxi. Bus 15 is nearby, but you will possibly wait an hour for it as the schedule on google maps is inaccurate.

Very nice staff. The accommodation was in a very quiet area but close to Khao San Road (for places to eat) and the pier for the tourist boat (for sightseeing). Very comfortable good sized room, very clean and bright. Nice shower and good air conditioning. There was a kettle for making coffee in the morning, and they also served free coffee in reception in the morning. The wifi was good. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Bangkok. Top tip for dinner: Much better than Khao San Road for dinner, cross straight across the main road at the crossing and go down the road opposite. There are lots of much hicer restaurants there. It is a pity I only found it on the last night.

Amazing place in Bangkok for a few days. We really enjoyed our stay here with a super clean and spacious room.

Very good value. Quiet and very comfortable. The bed and shower and air conditioning were 4 star quality. Staff were very helpful.

Although the location is very quiet, it is some distance from Khaosan Road, costing around 100 bht for a tuk tuk each trip

Excellent value option in a fab spot near backpackers area with cafes, restaurants and bars. Very friendly staff, always greeting with a smile and happy to help. Room was spotless and was well equipped e.g hanging rail, stool, fridge, dressing table and toiletries. Water provided each day. Good shower pressure and temperature and bathroom dried quickly! Free toiletries provided and nice towels. Excellent AC which was needed in Bangkok in May! All in all, excellent value for money - ones of the best options in Bangkok!

One suggestion would be to provide a second pillow.

Everything. Although the rooms are compact, the cleanliness is a 11/10, washroom is large clean and comfortable. The young gents who run the reception are the sweetest/kindest/most pleasant people you will encounter and will happily help out with everything. I love the location too, 10min walk from Khaosan road (trust me you dont want to stay on khaosan unless you prefer not sleeping at all with all the noise on that entire street) and about 30min walk from all the main temples and grand palace. Would definitely recommend this place 10/10

A/C would go into fan mode for too long as in the room would get a bit warm before the compressor would switch back on and start cooling. It was doing that at the lowest temp possible. The room temp was still VERY comfortable

Very nice staff, smiles and helpful Great location next to river + canal which means you can move around by boat, close to tourist places for visits + going out, nice neighborhood, nice restaurants and you can hear the birds from the room.

The staff doesn't speak english very well it's hard to ask for information and no services (breakfast, laundry etc) but considering the price it's not much of a problem and you can find laundry + breakfast close by

Quiet and comfortable, only a short walk to plenty of restaurants and then Khao San area. The staff are friendly and help you with any issues you might have. Your room can be cleaned whenever you want and they make a spotless job of it every time. I was there for 9 days and was constantly given 2 extra bottles of water throughout that time, which was really appreciated. Bed was comfortable and I liked that the curtains actually covered the windows fully so light didn't come in in the morning. Would come here again!

The room was much smaller than on the pictures. It was dissapointing as I always book a room based on the pictures to be sure there is enough space to do yoga. In this case it was not possible for both of us to do.our usual sequence but I didn't complain about it as unfortunately many guesthouses show their best rooms on booking.com for all categories.
