The most comfortable bed I had in Thailand :D I had a top floor room with a balcony and a view of the temple peaks, which was simply wonderful! Modern, truly european standard at a great price. The location is perfect, on the edge of the old town. You can eat a delicious breakfast in the restaurant opposite and have a coffee in the cafe next door. Go to an elephant sanctuary, where they are rescued, and you can be sure that they are treated well, go for a Thai massage, eat local dish at the night market, take a trip to explore the amazing area. Enjoy Chiang Mai to the fullest!

Everything. We stayed in a regular double room facing the street. There was a small deposit for the key card. The bed was large and comfortable, the television had netflix, and the minifridge was great. There was a free hot/cold drinking water dispenser in the corridor, which was very useful. Everything was very clean, and our bed was made daily, but you can opt out of that. The staff was friendly, and their laundry service, whilst being a little more expensive than elsewhere, was very quick and reliable. It is a 15-minute walk into the centre of Old Town, and under 5 minutes to the 7/11 round the corner. There is also a Pizza Hut and KFC nearby, as well as a night market for local street food. Highly recommend. Great value.

It would be really helpful to have the option to get 2 key cards. I would happily have paid a larger key deposit to have 2 so that we could leave the hotel separately without the power shutting off. Note that after 8 pm, you need the keycard to get into and then past the lobby.

Good location close to north gate with street food market on doorstep. Friendly and accommodating front desk staff. Excellent housekeeping. The best bed I’ve slept in in Thailand! I particularly liked the self service area for water/ toilet roll/ towels etc and the fact the hotel was so quiet at night. There was no street noise in our room and the AC was super efficient and quiet

Decor was nice, rooms were clean and staff were helful when I had questions. We did a self checkin after 8pm (when the front desk staff leave) and it was very simple and easy to do.

Front desk isn't 24 hours, and there's no lift so if you've got heavy bags and are on the 4th floor it's a struggle. Location is right on the edge of the Chiang Mai 'square' which means it's not always super near everything and will take a 20 min walk most places but we really didn't mind that at all as it's a way to see the city.

The staff were wonderful. The bed was super comfortable, the room was clean and modern and the hotel was quiet. It was a short walk to my favourite vegan restaurant, Good Souls.

Access to the balcony was awkward-- you couldn't just walk out. The doors didn't open to ground level so you had to step up and over a 1 foot ledge.

I was surprised by how beautiful the lobby decoration was. My room was super clean, with a. Beautiful view to the temple and the bed and the sheets were the best I slept on in my whole trip.

The lack of a lift is a bit annoying, especially if you are in the last floor like I was, but not a deal breaker for me.

Really lovely place for a great price - big comfy bed with fluffy duvet, nice decor, friendly staff, fridge, filtered water in the hallways, quiet and cozy. The location is not as central to the sightseeing spots but was great for walking to the bus terminal which is why I chose it.

No elevator so carrying luggage up 3 flights of stairs was a bit of a struggle. The hot water was super hot and perfect one night but didn’t heat up much at all the next day, not sure why.

The room was smaller than we expected, there was a rooster that lived outside (we were at the back) and the rooster was very loud. We were initially in a room next to the stairs (301) and it was really loud when other guests were coming back in the night due to the wooden stairs. We spoke to staff about this and they moved us a day later to another available room and this was much better.

It’s right outside old city, a night market within walking distance. The rooms are oddly themed but beautiful. I recommend the queen deluxe, there is more room .

This property is NOT for those with any kind of issue with stairs. There is no elevator and the stairs are rather steep.
