It was very clean, the breakfast was an excellent touch - especially for budget backpackers like us! The staff were so friendly and helpful, we even liked the decor inside!

The only thing is they have a lovely rooftop terrace but nothing has been done with it. I sunbathed a couple of times on the hard floor but it would of been great to have chairs, lights, maybe even sun lounges etc.

The location of the property was very convenient, close to the Old City in Chiang Mai and the night market with food stalls. The area itself was very quiet even though it’s in the city center and close to several other hostels and guesthouses. The staff was always nice and helpful. The facilities (rooms, bathrooms were always clean). The property offers breakfast, however, you need to go to a different hostel located on the same street, which can be a little inconvenient but I personally didn’t mind at all, and the breakfast was quite nice.

There was no actual bathroom since the showers were located in the hallways. Therefore, there wasn’t much space for putting your clothes or other things, and when you got out of the shower you were right in the hallway, which was slightly inconvenient. Otherwise everything was nice.

The beds were so comfortable and cosy, loved having a proper duvet and curtains on the bed! A was such an amazing host and was so helpful and kind! This was our second stay at Lemonap, we just had to come back for one more stay on our way back from Pai because of the beds! Location was super central as well! Couldn’t recommend enough!

My only con would be that no towels were provided, and that on booking.com it did say a breakfast was provided, however it was not.

I have stayed here on three separate locations, and will return again if I am in Chiang Mai. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and the location is perfect. You can refill water and there is a basic Breakfast of bread, spreads, bananas. Short walk from a 7/11 and some great restaraunts and cafes.

Clean bed sheets, shower and toilet, though the area just outside the bathroom in the hallway can be messy from other people who stay there. Can't really be helped - just depends on who else is staying there. Also, I recommend bringing ear plugs in case someone snores!

The beds are spacious, with a towel rack and 2 electrical points. Breakfast was offered ( this was apparently going to stop though) and there was free drinking water along with hot water in the morning and coffee, hot chocolate and tea. The lounge area was pleasant with a few fans to help keep cool when working or chatting

strange rule of not using the hot water dispenser after midday and to use the microwave to warm water - the microwave was pretty grim on the inside.

the hostel is centrally located and has an evening food market within walking distance. the staff were supportive. I came after they had left but the key wasn’t working. I was able to communicate easily with a representative and she eventually came and fixed the issue for me. this was my second time staying at Lemonap and I am likely to stay there again if I need a hostel in Chiang Mai.

very clean and super comfy and modern beds. Each bed has a privacy curtain, light and power. The social area isn’t huge but it’s nice and breakfast is good, cereal, toasts, jams and bananas and juice. it is also left out most of the day so we did have a few later on. staff are super friendly and flexible with your stay, we had to postpone our trip by a few days and we didn’t get charged extra or any hesitation from the staff. very kind

This stay was amazing! The price is incredibly low for what you're getting. The bunks are very large and super comfortable. The overal design of the hostel is really stylish and clean. It's possible to do laundry, buy drinks and get breakfast at the hostel. What I especially loved was the very friendly and helpful staff. Whatever I needed, was done. I had a motorcycle accident while being accommodated there and they were all very much obliged to help me with all of the stuff that went wrong during that time. Awesome!

Nothing really, but I found some hair in the shower a couple of times.

The staff was super helpful, friendly and informative. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hostel is located on a street where there are many other hostels so there's quite a dense concentration of backpackers in the area. Depending on your preferences this can be either a positive or not so positive thing. If you're into a more local flair, the Old Town is pretty much a stone's throw away and you have easy access to the mountains too!

Very nice hostel! It was clean, socializing was easy and there were curtains on the beds. The location was also very good.

The washing machine was broken, which I didn't know before arriving. However, that was not a big problem since there was a possibility to do laundry on a hostel next door.
