Clean , tidy, quiet and comfortable. Staff is very helpful. Unfortunately the window is too small and too high which may be uncomfortable for some people. Apart this, overall, this property is very good for the price.

Everything was great! The location was good for both getting around in the city (7 eleven and market close by, within the walls which is great for trip pick ups and easy to find). The staff was really like, the security guard and the receptionist lady too. Thank you for the welcome snacks too. I really liked the layout of the room because the slidable door could block the sunlight and the room didn't heat up during the day. Not to mention the atmosphere was lovely too. Would definitely recommend!

There was nothing I didn't like.

There was some noisy electricity night-repair around the accomodation during our stay, and for making the place sleep-friendly, they gave free earplugs for every single night. I also would like to highlight the cheerful and helpful staff, we could always count on them. They helped with the laundry, to choose food aroud, to direct us what to see, to book a journey, and with a great smile on their face. We even got recommendation for our next stay in Phuket, because the receptionist knew a few places there. Oh yeah, and also the room was great, before I forget :)

Might be an old building, but they put some genuine love into it. Super clean, great shower, and unbelievable hospitality. Seriously, every morning you’re met with genuine smiles and a willingness to help you have the best time possible in Chiang Mai. They stocked my fridge with bottled water, they clean immediately if you prefer, or they’ll happily give you your privacy. Incredible stay.

Nothing bad to say. This was honestly one of my fav hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The service was just so warm and kind.

Really cute place with amazing staff, comfortable beds and a good location in the old city. Also a cafe downstairs, which is very handy! There was also water and snacks left in the room every day, which is a nice touch.

Unfortunately there's a lot of traffic noise due to its proximity to a main road. After the first night it didn't bother me as much anymore, but if you're sensitive to sound when trying to sleep, this is probably not the place for you. They seem well aware though, and provided earplugs in the room :)

The staff is really helpful and nice. The hotel has a noce atmosphere and it's just at the north gate, like 5 minutes walk from the center. There is a nice common area, like a livingroom where you can chill or work.

Our room was a bit dark because there were only two small windows. I suppose it's to reduce the noise from the street. The hotel is located on main road so it's a bit noisy but we didn't have problem with sleeping and we were also provided earplugs that we didn't use it at the end.

This place locates in convenient position, right on the main road of old town and only takes 3 min walk to the nearest 7-eleven store. There’s a small coffee shop right next to the hotel in case you don’t wanna walk far. Room is spacious, clean and tidy. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. I feel welcomed all the time. They have small package of snacks and give customers free water. It’s noisy at night due to the location, but they provide customers with earplugs, you can sleep well with it.

The hotel looks stylish. There is a convenient common area on the second floor. The staff was very helpful - they helped to change my booking dates with no extra charge, gave us the room two hours earlier than check-in time and arranged an express laundry for us. The room was good, we had everything we needed and beyond that - some chocolate snacks, it was very lovely :)

The room was rather small and there were no windows (they were small and blurred). Also no clothes racks, no place to put your belongings. It was ok for a one night stay, but for a longer stay it could be inconvenient.

The hotel was really a guest house but family run by nice caring people. The road outside was quite busy. There were night time roadworks at the time of our stay for which the management apologised and provided effective earplugs.

The rooms were on the second floor with no elevator. There was no restaurant but a privately run bakery on the ground floor served breakfast. There is a nearby food market that serves delicious street food

Everything was perfect, the location, the staff, the price. The room was clean, comfy and beautiful, it was cleaned everyday, towels, shower accessories, tea, coffee and even small snacks for tea were brought every day. The place was located close to main city temples, it was also a quiet place and I haven't heard the noise from the street, the bed was comfy and I slept very well, the staff was very friendly and nice. 10/10 for sure!
