Room: Clean and well maintained. No issues seen. Breakfast: Very good with a lot of items to choose from in the breakfast buffet. They also have an omelet station at the buffet. Hot water: No issues Air condition: Worked well and not noisy. I had forgotten my leather jacket in the wardrobe. Had called the property after about a week (Since I had travelled to a warmer place, I did had not checked / looked for my jacket till I was packing to go to a colder place. Hence, the week long delay in realizing that I had forgotten my jacket) later and they said they have it with them and I made arrangements for it to be collected. Thanks to the Hotel. Location: The location was good. Close to night food stalls and also street shopping. Safe to walk around at night.

Cannot think of anything that was an issue during my stay at this hotel.

We had a Lanna room which was a good size with a huge bed. The breakfast was good, big choice of Thai and Western, and eggs cooked to your request. Location is good, short walk to a open air food market and one of the gates into the old city to visit all the temples.

The internet was not very strong and kept dropping off. Balcony was non-existent, only big enough to stand in.

Big room, very nice bathroom and room was very clean. Bed was firm but comfortable and good pillows. The pool was amazing with the bar area. AC worked great but took a minute to figure out how to use the remote. Breakfast was good but wish things were warmer. Staff member checked us in much earlier than expected which was good as we were exhausted.

Wish the breakfast was warmer such as the French toast and eggs. Toasters were slow.

Bathroom water leaked into the toilet area and the whole bathroom was flooded. Everything else was good.

The room was very comfortable and quiet. The pool area was clean, had a good number of lounges and the water was really warm. Lots of options for breakfast which was great!

There’s a nice swimming pool, the location is good and the room was comfortable.

It could be a little noisy in the evening. I’m not sure whether the noise was from within the hotel of from somewhere nearby.

Our safe was not working and despite several requests for it to be fixed (looked like a battery needed changing) this didn’t happen. The shower was good, but difficult to use. the room was a little small

The hotel was comfortable and in a good location for exploring the old town. The pool was good and it was nice to have breakfast included.

Some staff were extremely helpful but others were a bit offhand. There were quite a lot of mosquitoes downstairs.

Location was excellent and the staff were great, we had a family connecting room, which was very large, great buffet breakfast

First, no power in the room, should of had someone, check the room before hand as it appears that the room/hotel has had some upgrades etc.
