The hotel is conveniently located near the South Gate market, with most city attractions within walking distance. We arrived early, paid in cash, and left our luggage near the reception while exploring the area before check-in. The room was standard, featuring a wardrobe, fridge, and a long counter desk. It was clean and quiet. An unusual detail for us was the sink placed inside the room, separated by a partition. The toilet and shower were clean, with regular housekeeping. A convenient button near the door allows guests to signal "Do Not Disturb" or request cleaning. The hotel also has an elevator. The staff was polite and attentive. The window view overlooked a quiet part of the city and the mountains, with a stunning sunset.

The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, which is uncomfortable. Also, when leaving the room, you must take the key with you, which turns off all electricity—including the fridge.

Great location near Chiang Mai gate. Check-in staff is friendly and rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds, seating areas, large TV’s with free WiFi at speeds at 50-60 mbps. Covered parking for cars and motorbikes. The area is has lots of dining, coffee shops, motorbike rentals, and Thai massage shops. This hotel is a good value for a stay in Chiang Mai.

Excellent location - just a few minutes away from a market(s) (in the morning it's clothes and fresh market, in the evening it's a night market), but also in a quiet street allowing us to sleep with open windows every day. The room was exactly how advertised, in a good shape and extremely spacious.

They have a restaurant but it isn't working.

Location is top-notch. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. The shower had great pressure and bathroom was clean. Breakfast included was a nice touch as well.

We had ants in our room, which wasn't too much of an issue until they joined me on the bed for sleeping. Waking up to small ants crawling all over wasn't the best alarm clock! Also, only 1 outlet in the middle of 2 beds. Not idea for 2 people.

Hotel staff very kind. The rooms are big and clean. The hotel is renovated. Sometimes you can hear the voices of the people in the hotel when they pass in the hall, but after reaching the canera it is quiet. It is very close to everything, restaurants, laundry, cafe and attractions. recommend

Very nice staff and ery good location! Near tourist attractions, 7-11, night market, local food shop, laundry shop, good cafe, hospital etc. Easy to go anywhere. And the room is very comfy.

No laundry service at night and there were few power outlets in the room. But overall, I was impressed with this hotel.

The room is large for the price and super comfortable. The South Gate night market is a two minute walk from the front door. Staff were always friendly. Breakfast was solid

The aircon couldn’t really be controlled. There was a small python in the toilet at one point but staff handled it well and it wasn’t really an issue.

Hotel has everything for your stay. Toiletries, water, coffee, kettle, hair dryer and fridge.Parking is good. Location is good and plenty of eateries and hawker fare. Massage opposite hotel is good . Breakfast is excellent with buffet selection. Highly recommended for very good price. We stay 2 nights.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Rooms are designed with a somewhat minimal but vintage-looking style. The Hotel is near the city's South gate and has easy access to the city and restaurants—ample amount of parking available.

Breakfast is okay but not much variety or flavor.

Large rooms. Good location - can walk to the old city easily. Cleanliness of the rooms. Tea and coffee in the rooms. The hotel allowed us to leave luggage while we did a trip to Mae Hong Son.

Air-con had only one fan speed - full on! Breakfast could be better - instant coffee and diluted juice - but it is a good price for the room so really it is OK.
