Location is perfect, very close to the old city. Hotel is good looking, with nice Thai vibe. Rooms are spacious, very clean and well equipped. Staff is amazing, very kind and very very helpful. Breakfast is great, everyday you can decide whether you like western style or Thai, I do recommend to take thai option. Pad thai and pork chopsticks are delicious. Honestly everything about this hotel is just great. I will definitely come back here.

The location is excellent directly across the road from the Old City entrance. The room was large, the bathroom had plenty of free flowing hot water and the bed was comfortable with pillows that weren’t too soft. The staff were also very helpful with the translations I asked assistance with for directions to give to songthaew drivers. A handy 7/11 straight across the road towards the Old City and 30 metres to the left.

I didn’t have breakfast but I asked another solo guest who was eating and he was happy.

The staff were the best part of our stay. Location was great and access to the old city, street food and 7-Elevens were perfect. Pool was on the smallish side but perfect for cooling off after a long day. Scooter rental and massages were within a block away. Breakfast was also awesome.

Our soap and shampoo dispensers didn’t work.

Good cheap hotel near the Chiang Mai Gate food markets. Modern Laundrette just around the corner near a great little cornwr cafe to wait out the spin dryer. Plenty of eateries, massages, exchanges near by and a bit cheaper than Tae Phae Gate or Loi Kroh. Felt very safe at all times, bed was comfy with a daily turn down.

excellent location, only a few minutes away walking from Chiang Mai Gate and a few blocks away from the Old city. Very close to night markets and cafes. staff were wonderful, especially Pop who was always helpful and kind. He was able to organise tours for next day with no hassles and provided great local recommendations for food and shopping. Room was exceptionally clean and perfect amount of space.

Everything. Location great. Ground floor room, large, comfortable. Staff excellent, breakfast basic but cereal, toast, tea/coffee, fruit and cooked option. What more do you want?

24hr reception is a bit of a comfort thing but when we did need assistance after 10 (couldn't get aircon to work) staff there in minutes. Nothing negative to say. I'd rebook in a heart beat

The room I stayed in had an unpleasant musty smell, the swimming pool was a stinky drain, and used condoms were found in the drawer. The service of the customer service staff is very poor. I waited for half an hour for the pre-booked breakfast and didn't see it. To make matters worse, 10 days of payment was made offline, and they only admitted one week.

The staff was very helpful in renting taxis and letting us keep our bags there overnight, even though we didn’t stay for 1 of those nights. Our triple room had 2 air cons and a separated hot shower from the toilet, plus a mini fridge, vanity section, and hot water plate. the pool was good and clean. There were a lot of places to eat around this area, so you can find a variety of food and drinks. The Scooter Club next door is a good local place to chill.

They didn’t have breakfast available, but since there are so many restaurants and markets right by the hostel, it wasn’t a problem.

We LOVED our stay at the hotel. The reception staff were wonderful, so helpful and made sure we get everything we need. Rooms were spacious and clean, air con was great. The location is perfect for first timers as its closed to everything! Breakfast selection was amazing! Would come back 100%!

Water pressure in the shower was up and down, also water wasn't hot enough

Fantastic breakfast buffet AND your choice of meal. Everything was delicious. The hotel is very close to the old Town and the market. Spacious rooms and a nice pool.

We were disappointed that they no longer had bikes available to use since that was one of the factors that led me to book there.
