The location is perfect. Located just off of Wualai street in Chiang mai which turns into a massive night market on Saturday night. 10 minute walk from the old town in a quiet area. The room was amazing, the air con was perfect and the staff were always so friendly. We would recommend this property to anybody visiting Chiang mai.

Our only minor issue was that the shower was set up like a wet room but the water did not drain properly. Meaning some nights the whole bathroom was flooded all night. However this was a minor inconvenience for the money paid and all of the other positives.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. It’s not far from the airport but just below the walled city. Included bottled water. Staff communicated transportation options prior to arrival. They also set up my airport transfer back. Thankfully, I got a wake up call when I set my alarm wrong & they saved me from missing my flight. For that, they went above and beyond. Well stocked with toilet paper and towels. Nice hotel. Clean beds. Reasonable price.

They offer coffee but no breakfast. Cash only in Baht only.

This is a family run hotel and they are all very sweet and helpful. The room is nice, with a comfortable bed and pillows, the property is clean and in a quite street, you can rent scooter there at unbeatable price, good water pressure and hot water availability, and i love the location since it is close to the night market and in a very nice local area. Great value for money. I really recommend to everyone

Good location. Close to the old city center and to the airport as well. There is a Saturday street market close to the hotel. We were placed at the second building (older, but still good). The team was just friendly and perfect, thanks them for this. We've rented a bike right at the hotel for 250 baht/day with no deposit as we are the guests of it. The room was also good. There were no inconveniences to write about. One another good thing, you can pay card.

The shower room would be nice to do a light renovation :)

Good location, it takes 15 minutes walk to the South gate only. There is night market on every Saturday on Wualai road. Very convenience. Quiet, clean place, friendly people. They have motobike for rent too. Highly recommended for those who dont ask much for services. And yes, the hotel supply drinking water daily, have cup, glass and kettle. There is laundry shop and self service laundry close by too.

Very friendly staff, air conditioned room , very clean , good quiet location that was near the centre but not noisy , could rent a bike.

Beds were slightly uncomfortable and hard , bathroom needs updating.

Lovely couple who run the place. It is close to the airport and only a ten minute walk or very short taxi to the old city. When I had a problem they sorted it fast. Great value for money.

The only minor complaint is the lack of a kettle but I'm sure if I asked they would have provided one.
