Pool was lovely & often quiet. Large area to chill out down stairs also. Food was pleasant. The room was amazing - great bathroom & modern decor, large in size too. Great value for money.

When wanting to book an extra night the receptionist tried to charge nearly x3 what booking.com did, she insinuated that we wouldn’t be able to book anywhere else either as it was a bank holiday. This simply was not true & so we went elsewhere.

Good location friendly staff. Simple clean breakfast, Reasoably priced menu and tours. Prompt airport pickup.

Layout of room. TV smaller than on my flight with Qatar Airways. Placed in odd position far away from sofa. Fridge switches off if yiu remove master key. Found a solution for that with the reception. Drainage from shower trickles al the way to the hole near the toilet. Leaves bathroom damp.

Nice saltwater pool located in the back of the hotel. Friendly staff manning the desk 24/7. Location was ok, close to bars of Loi Kroh and night market. Hotel provided nice pool towels for guests.

Had the room for 5 days and it was never cleaned by house keeping. Granted some days I headed out later around noon but still ample time to change the sheets and towels. The WIFI kept cutting in and out throughout the day, would lose connection for a minute or two then reconnect. The AC was ok, took a while for the room to cool down. Shower worked well but one of the floor tiles was not attached and kept lifting up if you stepped on the corner of the tile. Liked the pool but with only 3 pool chairs if there were more than 3 people there it was a bit cramped.

Everything. The staff were exceptional and made us feel at home, were always keen to assist in any way, helped to arrange activities and scooter hire, eager to show us local food and gave fantastic recommendations on places to eat plus the food made on premises was delicious. The location was perfect. The room was a great size, very clean, wonderful shower pressure, great view from the enclosed balcony. I loved all the art work around the premises, there were so many places to choose from to sit and relax, and the pool was clean and a welcome relief from the heat. I will miss all the staff, will definitely stay with them again, highly recommend this hotel, and next time I will stay much longer. I nearly didnt want to leave. Exceeded my expectations.

Pleasant, kind and nice staff who made sure we felt at ease! 6-7 minutes walking distance from the night market. Although the room is decorated in a chiust style, it is full of charm! there are faw places to sit in the lobby and by the pool. The room we took had a closed balcony with a really nice work area! The shower is located next to the toilet, although it didn't bother us, but it's not the most comfortable You also have to take into account the location of the room - next to a road you hear noises

Lovely staff....always helpful .Good price for a lovely place in a location which was walking distance to most markets.Good and very cheap..pork skewers right in front of the hotel...which cateredj to our breakfast needs when tours start at 7 am.

Wifi connection on second floor is poor at night when all guests are back .Some small corners like the back of the towel rails need more precise cleaning .

A great location only a short walk to both the nightly night bazaar markets and the walking street (bars etc). Clean and tidy hotel and room and very well priced. Small but nice pool and lots of room to sit for breakfast or just chill during the day and a small bar at entry. Lots of food/drink options a short walk away.

Hotel location is very central, the staff are very welcoming & speak great English which always helps 🗣 Bizzar night market is a 5 minute walk away and comes in handy when eating out on a budget. The room was a decent size, big comfortable double bed, fridge, tele, robes & even umbrellas ☂ which unfortunately became useful. The bathroom was quite modern with the shower being the best part of the room, very hot water & a spa like shower with two separate heads. Hotel had a lovely chill area which had a old record/tape player & very comfortable sofas to relax on. The pool area was nice with the pool being a decent size & very refreshing

only issue is you can’t get out in the sun much and sunbathe

Beds and pillows are solid rock. Room wasn't looking like in pictures. On arrival staff mixed our room. In the morning we had to fight with other staff members to get our breakfast which we ordered and paid extra. Super rude staff. Totally not worth the money.

Great design and well located. Staff were very helpful and kind. Rooms are tastefully decorated. Nice pool too.

A bit noisy and sound would carry easily down the hallway.
