I loved how spacious the rooms were. The rooms were beautifully decorated and tidied each day, with an additional visit for towels and other amenities. The staff were so kind and lovely throughout the whole stay. I would definitely recommend. I even got a free upgrade which I wasn’t expecting, so the room I stayed in had a stunning view of the mountains. I didn’t feel affected by the works happening at the property. I was provided with a car to take me to the nearby Shangri-La for pool use.

I think the floor could have been cleaned a little better but that was it.

The pool was underconstration and it was not mentioned in the day of booking. You also need to read the small laters the The price is not included the 10% service fee!!! I was book the hotel 5 mounts in advance but they send me the informaition about recovery only 1 mounts before the d.date. So i couldn't book new hotel in a good price.

Outdated bedroom furniture with extremely tired and damaged cheap -looking fake wood veneer. Cleaning trolleys left in the corridor outside my room for most of the day. No toothbrush provided. No personal welcome message in room. No welcome fruit basket provided. Pool area was plain and rather disappointing overall.

The location of the hotel is just perfect with good restaurant and nightlife. The hotel itself and its facility is very nice and clean. I am very happy to stay at this hotel and, if I'd have a chance, I will choose to stay there again.

No, except the price is a bit high but what should we expect from 5 star hotel and services? Apart from the price, since the hotel is located in the populated area, driving should be avoid as it is quite difficult to access the hotel with comfortable parking.

Location, room and staff availability

The hotel was under renovation unfortunately, basically no real lobby and most restaurants are closed. Even the spa was moved to a normal hotel room. There was no pool either, they suggested a shuttle to use another hotel pool !

Beautiful view from the room, fantastic facilities, and very kind and professional staff. Definitely the best hotel in Chiang Mai, and one of the best I’ve stayed at in Thailand!

Really nice hotel. Good restaurant in hotel. It was comfortable with an excellent friendly staff. Location good with many nice restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Liked the large pool - [can do laps] The WIFI worked well! The breakfast is super, with many choices.

Very comfortable beds and nice rooms and the location is perfect if you want to visit the night market

the window in our room was dirty and there are constructions going on currently, which can be a it annoying, but nothing too bad 👍🏻

The team at Le Meridian was really good. Once I mentioned that I am vegetarian, Khun Aon at the restaurant personally ensured that I had enough options ! 5 stars to him for that ! Overall the team is really nice and friendly . Whether it's the concierge, lobby / reception or Latitude ...everyone is willing to support
