Nice room with kettle and fridge, clean and comfortable. Good location, very close to old town and Sunday night Market. Nice pool and friendly reception staff.

The room we had looks like it was in the newish block. We had no problems with the room against what we paid for. The room was very spacious, and the cleaning women were brilliant. I would come back there again if I was on a budget like I am currently! At the end of the day it's a place to put your head down, get cleaned up. It's not a resort hotel. Different hoildays Different expectations.

The walk-in shower had a few loose tiles, and the door had a bit of a gap at the top between the door and door frame so we would get a few mosquitos in the room.

Great location, exelent and friendly staf. Always there to help you. Hotel has few different parts,different prices for the rooms. I loved mine. Facing nort.No morning sun,no need for air conditioning. Again i want to mention how helpful the staf was. I needed to copy some things as well as to print some stuff. One of the main workers there let me use his email ,printed me a brunch of copies without once asking for the money and when i offered he politely refused. His English was very good,so it made my stay easier. Thanks once more, I'll be definitely back.

massive room, very comfortable, grey bathroom, fridge ,tele which I didn’t watch, balcony .. great house keeping and the people at reception help with anything. very close to everything- can walk everywhere ..yet still quiet. the pool looked good, I was unable to swim but I saw many people enjoying it and cooking off 🙏💚🌸

wifi was not great but that didn’t matter as I had my own Thai sim which I recommend as many places in Thailand have poor wifi

We stayed here twice whilst in Chiang Mai, before and after completing the Mae Hong Son loop. We arrived early at 8am and the staff were able to check us in early at no extra charge which was great. Both rooms we stayed in were great value for money, clean and air con perfect. We left our luggage here for a week whilst completing the loop too. The pool is great and the staff are so lovely - the friendliest in all the places we’ve stayed in Thailand. Location is perfect too. Highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay :)

Customer service and help was fantastic always helpful. Able to assist in directions offering to make sure I understand. Very good with English speaking.

Shower pressure was a little low for my liking,. Sanitary for personal hygiene was a little short on supply such as tooth paste, cotton buds, soap.

Location is great. Walking distance to old town and to busy streets full of restaurants. The family room was big with 2 separate rooms perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Staff was very friendly . The pool is great after a full day of walking.

I just came to Chiang Mai for the first time and I was very impressed. I already booked Mandala House Hotel. I am impressed with good service, politeness, smiling faces and humble manners. Know how to pay respect and be beautiful. enthusiastic, knowledgeable Willing and sincere, good memory, tact. responsible Beautiful female employees and fat male employees. Check-in at 2 p.m. But the staff let me in early. There are staff to help carry things. great bedroom This neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. There is a room with a bathtub and hot water, a refrigerator, a TV, a hot water machine for making coffee. have a hair dryer There are two bottles of water a day. There is a lovely pool. everything is clean There is a maid to clean every day. near the city Small alley to go all the way, walk to Tha Phae 3-5 minutes, walk to Loi Kroh Road 2 minutes, walk to Night Bazaar Walking Street, about 10 minutes walk to Warorot Market 10 minutes. The hotel helps to rent a motorbike. cheaper There is a male employee to advise everything. very nice and beautiful tour This place met many people. There are both Europeans, Americans and Asians here, serving a very delicious breakfast. And have authentic Thai food. The price is very cheap. Check out on the way home. The hotel staff helps pay for the trip. Anyone looking for a room at this price range, anyone who wants to stay, recommend it. Mandala House Hotel.

very friendly staff- especially Tommy. good location, comfy bed, spacious room. we traveled for my husbands bday and they gave us a cake! very thoughtful.

minor issue- the shower is low pressure/sprays everywhere. but, we were in an older room.
