Great location, friendly staff,

room had no windows, which is a shame

The location is great. Just outside the old city between the most popular city sites and the night Bazaar. The staff are very friendly and professional and took great care of me. There is a very good burger place in beside the hotel with some affiliation (room service). I didn’t try it but looks amazing. The pool was wonderful too. The room was big, comfortable and clean. On top of being comfortable it was so quiet. It’s hard to believe it’s so close to all the action because the rooms are so quite. Most of all the price makes it worth every penny. Given the location, quality and amenities I don’t know how the hotel makes money. I’ll be back.

Everything was great.

Quiet spacious room with good size bathroom and air-conditioning. Room was cleaned every day. Swimming pool was very clean with sun loungers and towels. Staff opened up pool one evening after they closed it early. Staff very friendly and helpful. Burger restaurant attached to hotel did great burgers.

No breakfast other than order to room as they were still recovering from pandemic impact. That said they suggested having breakfast elsewhere as it would be cheaper. Having to wait at checkout while they checked room without prior warning.

All the staff were great but Ms. Nana the receptionist was particularly awesome. She was very helpful during my stay. The room was huge and the bed was super comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was next to an great Hamburger joint called "Rock Burger". Absolutely loved the burgers at that place.

Wished I could have stayed longer!!

Great location close to the fun. Nice room. Great value for money. Very accommodating and friendly staff. I would not hesitate to stay in the hotel again net time I am in Chiang Mai.

Didn't serve breakfast at the time I visited (they did when I visited the hotel before Covid, and the breakfast at that time was outstanding. However, the restaurant next door (Welcome Inn) had several great breakfast options.

Perfectly located for nightlife and night markets, polite staff, room was spotless, noise wasn't a big issue after midnight. The room had some antique touches in the bathroom and was overall a good size although the balcony is tiny. Will stay again.

The pool is a nice addition but it's full sun for most of the day and is located across a carpark outside the hotel.

Central location with lots of bars and restaurants close by. Room was a decent size and staff were helpful.

The room had a balcony but it was extremely small, so impossible to sit out on. I think some of the better rooms have larger balconies so if this is important you then consider booking one of them.

the location was in the heart of lots of activity just outside the east gate. the staff were incredibly accommodating and the drive pick and drop off from the airport is a wonderful touch to the overall hotel experience.

I don’t think there was breakfast but then again I didn’t go down in the mornings. I wish the pool stayed open a bit later like 9pm.

Staff were excellent, very helpful and courteous. Room was good. Clean and comfortable. Pool was nice, although it was usually very busy and there was no pool bar as stated. Well, there was but it was not stocked.

Location was OK, a few bars and massage parlours around, on the seedier side of town, but just a few minutes walk to the old town so not too bad.

location was good, the room was clean and quite large, a little noisy at night, had a front room, the pool was good size and had shade in the afternoon which was great. I would stay there again, there is a great breakfast place, a couple of doors down, called Welcome Inn.
