Such a lovely authentic hotel. Staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Bedrooms are large and so comfortable with such comfortable beds that we didn’t want to leave! Toiletries and water provided each day along with slippers and bathrobe. Pool is Lovely and refreshing and we enjoyed the sun most mornings. A tuk tuk is available on request which is great to get to the old town but we also walked it many times too. Breakfast is good and does well to cater for many nationalities . Would definitely stay here again

Nothing at all - can’t fault it

The hotel decor was lovely. Staff were friendly. It had a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The free airport transfer and tuk tuk into town was a bonus. It's a 10-15 minute walk into the main town, which was fine for us.

The rooms are advertised as soundproof, we didn't hear neighbouring rooms but you could everything outside, including the cockeralls that start at about 3.30am for a few hours! This isn't the hotel's fault of course, but just to note if you're a light sleeper. The breakfast was fine, but a suggestion would be to have tea available (there was only coffee) and the warm breakfast items (eggs etc.) need to be a lot warmer, as they were cold.

Excellent value for money, a poolside room. Classic wooden exterior and interiors all across the boutique hotel. A good incorporation of traditional artwork including popular Lanna Silver Sheet metal work and other showpieces all over the hotel Though around 2.5 km from the tourist centric walled city areas, the hotel provided free shuttle of drop there with a short notice. Extremely efficient and courteous front desk/ reception staff. Their odd jobs man including shuttle driver Mr Phrom was a highly proactive helping person, arranging a half-day visit to Wat That Doi Suthep the holiest Buddhist shrine for us and even coming early before duty hours to drop us to the airport on checkout morning.

Nothing major. While the breakfast spread was excellent, some main breakfast items could be shuffled/ changed over consequent days. Another, perhaps better direction / signage on main road.

it was a stunning hotel, the rooms were just beautiful. it was a close walk into Chang Mai we enjoyed the walk however it might not suit everyone. There was also a free hotel taxi service to and from the airport

the rooms were not 100% clean, many of the staff can’t speak English so it made it tricky to book excursions however the staff were fantastic, polite and very kind. we had a bad experience with food at dinner which was a real shame. Two of the sun beds by the pool were a bit broke and there wasn’t May to start with! this place is so close to a 5 star we really did enjoy our stay

Me, my husband and 3 children 13,10 and 8 stayed here for 6 nights, it was ment to be 3 but we loved it so much we stayed for longer. The staff were so accomadating, when we had to cancel a trip due to illness they let us change our stay dates to suit us at no extra cost. All the staff were so so friendly especially Gareen (hope i spelt it correct) who made such an amazing effort with our children. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. The pool was huge and on a few occasions while we were there we saw the staff checking pH levels and cleaning and scrubbing the pool. They also supply a tuk tuk for local trips to town.

Everything about this hotel made me feel welcome, the warm greetings, the 1st rate service i recieved and the quality of the food were all highly commendable. Its location is a short walk to the walking street, a little further to the main walking street at the weekend. About the room, the bed was about as comfy as I ever had, plenty of space in the room for bags and clothes etc. Bathroom was perfectly functional and tastefully fitted. The staff at this hotel seriously deserve recognition. My only sorrow, i didnt stay longer. If i return to chiang mai, i will stay here, no questions.

I loved the room. It was spacious and felt authentically Thai. The staffs were very helpful and friendly, and the check in process was smooth, and they can accommodate for extra bed we needed (extra bed costed 800 bath per person per night). The bathroom was clean and spacious with shower room and bathtub were separate; both cold and hot water were working well. We could even ask for iron and ironing board during our stay. The toilet had bidet! It was located near the airport (15 minutes driving). It had swimming pool and bar. The room service was good and had almost the same price as food stalls, so it was worth it to order room service, especially when you were so tired to go outside.

The location sometimes made the grab driver confused, but yeah they could find it anyway. The breakfast was too simple for the standard of this place. It can be improved.

This was our second stay here (we came before Covid). The room, pool area and communal dining areas are lovely. The breakfast buffet was generous. They offer a free airport shuttle service and free tuk tuk rides to ChiangMai gate - which help hugely with the location. Note, they don’t do tuk tuk pick ups!

They checked us into the wrong room initially, which wasn’t clean and had urine in the toilet. Seemed that they didn’t check our passport names against the booking. When moved to our correctly booked room, it was clean on first glance but I began to notice tonnes of long black hairs on the floors/dust. Maybe the room hadn’t been stayed in a while

Great starting place for exploring Ancient Town - it is near everything you would like to see while being quiet place to recover after a long day or night. Hotel restaurant offers a nice variety of local dishes and those I tried were delicious. Inner yard pool is rather small but big enough for a refreshing splash. Staff is really lovely, helpful and kind.

Breakfasts are solid but the selection is nearly all the same every day (and they did not offer hot tea among hot drinks - just coffee )

This new (4 year old) hotel is just a short taxi ride from the airport and the old city wall. it is located in a quiet neighbourhood but not far from tourist spots. Food shops and mini supermarkets and convenience stores are within walking distance including the Chiengmai Cultural Centre, where tourists go for Kantoke traditional dinner and cultural shows. The hotel is small enough for the staff to remember guests who stay for a number of days. Rooms, with swimming pool view, have balconies and are accessed from open corridors. They are big and very clean and bathroom has both bathtub and shower cubicle. Decoration is local Lanna style. Air conditioning is clean very effective. Cable tv features cuannels in many languages. Breakfast is sufficient. Restaurant serves delicious lunch but if you need to go somewhere at a certain time you ought to ask first if the chef is on site. Staff are very frendly and helpful and the owner or his wife is often around to look after guests.

1. There are a lot of mosquitoes. Do not to leave room and balcony doors open. 2. I had some problem with logging in the wifi on the first day and when you come back it does not connect automatically. Otherwise internet speed in sufficient. 3. Because it is a small property, if a guest speaks loudly in the pool area or balcony at night or early in the morning when the atmosphere is quiet, you can easily hear his/her coversation in your room. (I could not sleep and need to ask hotel staff to tell the guest to continue the phone coversation in the room.)
