Very friendly stuff, the lady at the front desk is just amazing she took care of all our needs from parking to recommend places to check out on our first day. We left and going to come back tomorrow since we were truly impressed by her great service. The location is also great at a more quiet area of the old city which is easy to get in and out of and close to Chiang May market.

It had a great location and everything you needed during the stay. The staff were helpful to all requests.

Nothing bad, but the WiFi in the room wasn’t strong enough for Zoom calls. The lobby was okay, just noisy sometimes. Obviously, this is not a problem if you don’t need to get any work done.

This hotel was so comfortable and conveniently located. The staff was amazing and so friendly. They helped us coordinate rides to the airport and held our bags. If we are back in Chiang Mai someday we would absolutely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone!

Extremely friendly, very helpful and kind receptionist who gave us a lot of advice where to go during the lantern festivals in Chiang Mai. Even gave each one of us a krathong. :) The location is perfect as it's close to everything. All sightseeing places are within walking distance. The room was OK, just like on the photos.

-excellent location in the Old Town, close to restaurants, shops, temples, short drive to shopping malls, airport etc, on a very quiet street -rooms very clean and well-equipped, balcony rooms have a lot of natural light -staff are very helpful eg organising trips, also extremely friendly -other services eg laundry are v cheap -nice cafe with good coffee and lots of plants

Great position to visit Chiang Mai old town. The staff was always available and ready to find solutions (the Wi-Fi was not working the first two days). My room was spacious and super clean.

The bathroom could have been better (in terms of size only). Everything else was adequate.

The lady at the reception and the guy was very courteous. Nice people. You ask anything, they are more than willing to provide.

There is no lift, but you can ask prior so that they will arrange someone. They need to switch on the a/c 2 hours prior to arrival so that the room is cool. But the hotel is really good and good people.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the inner square, but as long as you’re inside it you can walk or tuk tuk for a few dollars anywhere. lots of food options near by and would stay here again. close to the cowboy hat ladies’ food stand. host helped us book adventures and transportation. host was so nice. hotel itself is quiet with good AC and wifi, can’t complain. clean and will suit any budget friendly traveler.

Great location on the edge of town with nice big rooms in the suites.

WiFi was a bit patchy at times but in general was good enough to browse.

lovely place to stay with spacious room and comfortable beds. The owner was so lovely and helpful with recommendations of things to do. she was also kind enough to give us a Loy Krathong for the festival, and some chocolates when we left. would definitely stay again!
