I absolutely love EVERYTHING about this hotel. The staff are nice and helpful. One of them can even speak fluent Chinese. The laundry service is not only fast, convenient but also super cheap. The room is well-equipped and the cleaning service is superb. But all these pale in comparison with the sumptuous breakfast. We tried four dishes during our stay. All of them are wonderful.

Nothing really. This hotel is just flawless.

Awesome location! Walking distance to the market and many shops and restaurants. The courtyard is very cute, staff are friendly and receptive. Breakfast was nice, they give you coffee, juice, Thai dessert of the day and a fruit and then you pick your main meal (about 8 options). Room was spacious and clean. We did have ants but we had leftover sugary tea in our room so that was our own fault. They also have a fridge full of waters which was awesome!

Bed and pillows were not very comfortable, very hard bed and could definitely use a new mattress. There was a small leak under the sink so the floor got wet over time so we just put a towel down. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear your neighbors but most were very quiet and respectful. Overall not a huge issue and it’s good value for the price! Would stay again!

The hotel is wonderful. The staff are very attentive and exceptionally kind. My favorite aspect of this place is the design: the atrium features plants, a pond, an amazing relief waterfall, and an airy-ness that just feels relaxing. My room was gorgeous, with a view out to the middle of the cross-street and lots of wood and natural finishings (my preference for interior decor).

While I love rustic-ness, the room did feel a bit dated: the ceiling fan was loose and only operated at high speed (kind of scary) and the aircon unit seemed old and the "filter change" light was on. However, I happened to be staying here when they replaced the room lock-and-key door knobs with a more modern key-fob entry and lock system, so that was nice!

It’s in a very quiet place. Everything is extremely clean and detailed. Stuff is amazing , super kind and helpful. They are extra! Location is great. 15 min from the airport and close to all the main attractions. Fabulous breakfast!

Everything was perfect

We really enjoyed staying here the last 4 days. It’s located very central, there is a really nice night food market near by and a lot of other nice places like cafes or restaurants or shops. The location is very zen and chill, very nice atmosphere. You can chill in the lobby and just enjoy the vibe. The Staff was very kind and helped us with whatever we needed at anytime. Breakfast was also really good, nice options to choose from and always fresh fruit and sticky rice with a topping. We really enjoyed it.

The only thing was that the toilet seat which used to be white was a little yellow.

beautiful wooden hotel, close to the market, yet quiet and tucked away. would definitely stay here again. very spacious rooms and family friendly 😊 even has a bath tub in the triple room!

there was no bar inside, it closed due to covid and hasn’t opened up yet, but other than that it was excellent!!

This place is great. The staff amazing and helpful. Breakfast here is very good. The location is excellent. Staying here you are very close to the street food at Chiang Mai Gate, close to Saturday walking street, and Wat Pan Whaen which is one of the best places to get Thai massage in the Old City block. I would easily stay here again.🎉🎉✌️

There was nothing i did not like.

A gem inside of Chiang Mai old city. Just a few minutes from Chiang Mai gate where you can find many night activities (bars, restaurants, etc.) and local food market. The staff are super responsive and nice, very welcoming. Breakfast options are simple (eggs, toast, local fruit and desserts) and fresh. Rooms were sizable and clean and comfortable. Laundry service available at decent rates. Couldn't ask for more on this stay in Chiang Mai. Will return for future visits!

There are many choices for breakfast, with different desserts every day. I brought my one year old daughter with me and the staff were very patient with us and provided a crib for the baby, which is a very good price for a hotel in this location. I will come back next time.

Chiang Mai is a bit cool in November, and the hot water in the bathroom is a bit cold. There will be some ants in the room.
