This hotel was so cute and simple! Easy to walk to everything and find transportation to local attractions. The staff was so nice and we really loved the simplicity of this space - very great AC, well maintained grounds and access to breakfast and a pool. We ended up walking to local eateries instead of breakfast but it’s great to have the option.

We could hear the people above us walking around but it was very minor. We loved this place and it was our favorite hotel in all of Thailand.

You can get lost with the amount of hotels in Chiang Mai, but I ended up choosing Pai Come because it was so different, and I wanted something unique & more authentic. We stayed in the deluxe double room, and it was very cozy and spacious, and there was a nice seating area in the room and right outside it, the bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The garden and facilities are beautiful and it’s a really nice atmosphere to be in. It feels like I’m in a small village/resort in the middle of the city. The location is great, a walking distance from the night bazaar & old town. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and made the stay even better.

Everything was perfect

Beautiful little place, decent sized room, very quiet unless motorbikes are going past which isn’t very often, a few roads of the main road and about 5 min drive from the bus station, 7/11 around the corner, beds were very comfy, mosquito plug was provided which was much appreciated, staff helped with booking excursions and taxis - even let us use their grab discount! Breakfast ok

Didn’t really bother me but facilities over split sites, you have to walk around the corner for three breakfast and pool if you want to use it

I loved the decoration and the atmosphere in this hotel! It's like a peaceful oasis in Chiang Mai's busy old town. Plus it's clean and comfortable and has super friendly staff that actually go out of their way to help you! Definitely recommend, wish I could've stayed longer!

As others have already mentioned, the walls are very thin since it's a wooden house. But I put ear plugs in and that was that (the hotel even provided them). Also it's not the hotel's fault if people don't realize loudly conversing with someone on the phone at midnight in public spaces isn't cool.

A charming Thai style boutique property, made perfect with excellent, warm, authentic and efficient customer service by Nick on the service desk. He truely went above and beyond, ensuring that our stay was comfortable, safe and interesting. The floods were on, but our stay was unaffected due to his great advice! The hotel and grounds were very clean and kept beautifully by the humble, friendly and hardworking groundsman/ cleaner too. Thank you for a truely lovely stay!

Yard of the hotel is really really nice. There is koi fish pond, small fountains, lots of greenery, multiple common areas in yard where you could sit and eat. Breakfast was nice and simple, you order food and can pick extra stuff from small buffet like fruits, sodas, salads and bakery stuff. Staff was really friendly. Beds were comfortable. Location of the hotel is nice, everything important is in within walking distance. Room has nice extra stuff like mosquito tablets, earplugs, coffee, tea, watter, ear qtips etc.

Hotel is made out of wood, so if you are on ground floor you are going to have a lot of the noises coming from the upstairs. We could hear every single footstep from coming from the above. For example the guests from above floor would wake up around 6-7AM and so would we because the noise just could not be ignored. So if you are a sensitive sleeper, book the upper floor. I see that hotel is aware of the issue because the room has earplugs which you can use, but for me that didn't help.

Very nice and stylish, good location - quiet but close to everything. The design is super pleasant. I stayed in one of the big-private rooms and it was great - especially the balcony.

I think the staff has to know at least a bit more english.. you can't work in a guest house in Chiang-Mai , and stare at me with a blanc face when I ask about "a bus to Pai" :)) Not a big deal, but I think will really help.

The hotel was in a great location, very close to the center. It had this beautiful garden that was very green and calm....we loved the location and the helpfulness of the staff they were very kind, respectful and always happy to help. We can't say very much regarding the breakfast as we only had breakfast there one day, it was a 1 minute walk away in a different restaurant and they made dishes to order which was nice, the other 2 days when we had excursions they gave us a small packed lunch to take.

The bathroom was a little dark and there was only the 1 bathroom mirror but other than that we have no complaints.

Staff at reception were really helpful - kept our bags for us after checkout & printed out our train tickets. Great location, quiet and on the right side of town for the South Gate market which we went to twice. Really lovely garden which was nice to chill in. AC worked well. They also gave us a takeaway breakfast when our tour started before the breakfast times which were great!

Breakfast not amazing, but wouldn’t let that put anyone off.

This is a great location with everything in walking distance! The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. It is such a tranquil place, and it was a nice surprise being provided with cold bottled water each day.

The door is only locked with a padlock which made us quite apprehensive to leave valuables behind when out for the day. That said we didn't have a problem!
