We stayed at the Twenty lodge hotel for 4 nights during Christmas holidays. The rooms are embedded in a kind of plant forest that in some cases keep the rooms in a very private area. Breakfast was complete with many options and they make a very relaxed environment in front of the swimming pool and Thai music. Furthermore, they are very nice and they’re helpful if you need something. Overall, we enjoyed this place, their people and also the great oil massage, which is offered as a service for 600 bath/person inside the structure.

Once, we had a cold shower because the hot water was finished. Our room was quite dark. Also, while the position of the hotel is within the center square is at the border limit and, when is dark the street is completely empty and dark, even it takes around 15 minutes walking from the main restaurants and activities.

We really loved our stay in this hotel, highly recommended. First the staff is extremely helpful and nice, they make everything to help you and make you feel very welcome. Second, the room is very beautiful and perfectly clean same as all the commune areas that are very relaxing and calm. And finally, the location is perfect to visit Chiang Mai since it’s very central we were able to do everything by foot. Thank you for making our stay special :)

The atmosphere is great, quiet and it is full of bamboo plants all around! :) the staff is great and kind. Breakfast is rich and you can find everything you want! I would definetly recommend it!!! It also has a thai massage centre right next to the reception!

The good location, very calm and inside the old city. Variated breakfast. Friendly and warm welcoming. Very hygienic and clean inside. They help you with everything.

There was a problem with my creditcard, I had payed 2 times for the room. But they had a quick response and solution, so very helpful.

The location of the Twenty Lodge is great! Situated at an quiet alley, yet super convenient to get to all the major attractions within the Old Town. Less than 10 minutes walk to the amazing Sunday Night Walking Street. Room is big, and I love the concrete flooring, nice and clean. The garden is small but really made one feel like they are in a little oasis. The breakfast is amazing! One of the best breakfasts I have during my 3-week Thailand/Singapore trip. Very hearty breakfast with homemade phad Thai, fresh fruits and the usual bread and toast. Coffee is pretty good too! The staff is always smiling, and the owner lady is super sweet. I recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Chiang Mai Old Town, very good value for money, and you will feel welcomed and refreshed.

Super cozy, clean, green and friendly place! Staff speaks fluent English and very attentive to all your requires. Breakfast is amazing! You will roll out of the table :) They have pool and massage, no need to go anywhere else. They offer coffee (coffee machine) and tea until 19:00, u can just come and take what u want. Aircon, shower, WiFi - all good. Sleepers, toothbrushes, bathrobes - included. Located in a perfect spot, all places are near by: old town, night market, Starbucks, 7-Eleven, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants. 5-10 min drive from the airport (depends on day time).

Very nice people who take care of you :) Chiang Mai is very strestful city with many people, where you can find you peace and relax very easily. Due to their perfect tropical garden you can feel like in the middle of the jungle. I am sorry we did not have time to book a massage, I bet it would be very nice as well.

Beautifully appointed and decorated teak-house style boutique hotel squeezing every ounce of space from a compact plot. Thoughtfully designed, lush gardens and lots of charming Lanna fixtures and fittings. One massage mix up aside, first class service from all the staff who were polite and efficient throughout. Breakfast was good quality although a little limited in choice. Home made jans were a lovely touch Great location walkable to all main streets in the old town .

Everything was slightly too small for absolute comfort- the breakfast room, the bedroom, the bathroom- at least in the ground floor rooms. Considering this is a premuim priced hotel, I expected a more standard size but it was manageable for a relatively short stay. Noise insulation could be improved but was OK in general.

great place in the old town of Chiang Mai, walking distance from the sunday market. Super friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and a beautifull garden. Felt really peaceful and serene.. exactly what we needed after the crazyness of Bangkok
