Comfortable and affordable in a good location, with a surprising amount of space and lovely views. Tucked into a more quiet neighborhood, very comfortable beds and a great breakfast. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Cute European decor, had everything we were looking for! We chose to drive into downtown, but it would have been a simple and safe walk.
Parking was free but getting into the lot was a bit tight - would have been more of a challenge if they were busier or if we would have had a larger vehicle. The A/C in our room worked, but struggled to really cool the room down (we were on the top floor with two outside facing walls and windows).

The images do not do this hotel justice, when we arrived we felt like we were transported into a movie scene, the building is amazing, our room had an amazing rustic atmosphere, and everything was picturesque. The bed was comfortable, AC was great, the bathroom squeaky clean, and the shower had hot water and amazing space to move. Will definitely recommend this place to friends, or if I am ever in Chiang Rai again I will stay there.
The breakfast was very basic, not my favorite thing, but it was okay, we had to choose the breakfast meal upon checking in, the meal looked exactly like in the picture, but I found it lacking in flavor, there was a buffet of cereals and pastries and jams, which wasn't bad. The coffee was great, however.

Beautiful hotel. very European. lovely spacious room (attic room). but NO space for clothes, at all! also shower was cold the last 2 days…
Only 3 hangers (staff supplied more) No drawers to put clothes! Common problem in hotels!! when people are staying for more than 3 nights, they like to unpack!! Also, shower was cold for last 2 days of our stay.w

Comfortable bed with 2 pillows each. Nice coffee with breakfast. They would benifit from lowering the price for the rooms in the old building.
Could get better elsewhere for the same price. Very noisy if you are located in the old building as the rooms back onto the kitchen. The balconies/patios don't have tables, so its bit uncomfortable to sit out on. Breakfast wasn't great. 500Baht deposit required at check-in for key. Overall stay was fine, but would stay elsewhere next time, unless the price for lowered or small improvements were made.
