This is a lovely hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and breakfast was nice. We loved the cocktail hour and on Saturday night the pianast/singer was fantastic and helped create a nice ambience in the bar area. The bars and restaurants are reasonably priced and the cocktails were to a high standard. Our only criticism would be the pool- it's fantastic with loads to do for small children, but we weren't able to use it on the last day as the water had turned green. There was clearly an issue with the chemical balance. The hotel did have people working all day to try and resolve the problem, so we can't fault there effort in dealing with the issue. We have teenagers (who actually really rated tvis hotel highly!), but I would say for families with younger kids this is a great hotel - the little slides and splash park were lovely and I noticed at breakfast that they had plastic plates and bowls for smaller people, which I thought was a nice touch. Overall a big thumbs up from us and we would definitely recommend it to others. We couldn't fault the staff - they are very attentive.

Variety breakfast options but some need to improve the product qualities and taste, the bed was big size but the mattress was a bit hard. The landscape was really beautiful. Our children enjoyed their kids club and waterpark. The staff were polite and always willing to help. They also have an amazing Chinese restaurant in the hotel.

There was a construction site going on nearby the hotel that created noise from time to time- not a direct problem from the hotel but definitely ruined the ambient.

Everything about the property is superb! From the room (bunk beds were highlight) to the facilities in the hotel and the staff, everything is just great! The pool is one of the best, absolute blast for the whole family. Their light display is over the top, looked like a grand celebration every day! Just like any big properties, the food is more suitable for foreign palate, not truly Thai but thats not a deal breaker as we preferred to eat out to get more authentic taste. The breakfast spread is generous and good.Definitely bookmarking this property!

For a 5 star hotel with this reputation you would expect top quality food but in my opinion this was quite disappointing. The food is expensive and not worth the price. There are much better options to eat outside the hotel. The breakfast offered a good variety but average quality.

The location beside the river is beautiful for a relaxing breakfast, especially seated outside. Everytime we return to the Riverie we are amazed at the beauty of this hotel and surrounds. So many stunning additions to the property and now the most beautiful lighting display in the gardens. Exceptional staff who make you feel so welcome. Take time to explore the surrounding countryside including the tea plantations.

Reception was very good. Rooms were nice and swimmingpool was great. The Peak restaurant is excellent, great food, views and service. Parking service is also very good. Location is really relaxing and quiet.

Staff at the Blossom and the Chinese restaurant were not very welcoming. Food was average. Bedlinnen was old, stained and worn out. Breakfast was ok. I would expect more service in a 5-star hotel.

Nice hotel ground with grand entrance and reception.  Very helpful porter/bellboy. Great swimming pool and water play area... Overall a nice stay...

Not so helpful receptionist during check in... very rigid... Room was nice except its old and with a strong smell of mold... Luckily we brought some spray for muscle pain so I could smell medication instead of the mold... The construction and the orientation if the  room does not make sense and most do not have a balcony with a big side wall outside the windows blocking the view in one side.. Breakfast was soso only with limited option of food... bacon was hidden and must be ordered...

This is a stunning hotel with great facilities and super friendly and accommodating staff. We had a great room overlooking the mountains. The pool is a good size with a pool bar and water slides for the kids. There is also an indoor playground for kids. The food in the Blossom restaurant was exceptional, especially the Northern Thai dishes. The breakfast buffet was great too. The gym is a little basic, but good enough. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were very nice and the view over the pretty lights laid out below in the gardens, lovely. The staff were all very very nice, friendly and approachable. hotel meals were also very good

The room windows needed a good clean. we have stayed in several high rise rooms during this holiday with highly polished windows. It would not dissuade us from staying again but clean windows would be more welcoming with such a beautiful view.
