This hotel is exceptional! The room is great. It is super clean and spacious with a big bed and big shower. The WiFi is very quick and there is also TV and very good air-conditioning. The place is super cosy and the breakfast is homemade and incredibly tasty. But the best thing of all is the staff, it is family-ran, they are super welcoming and always hoping you have everything you need. They will also give good recommendations on what to do in the city. If I was to come back to Chiang Rai I would definitely stay again here.

There is nothing I disliked about this place.

Everything. Very clean and well built place. Just a bit walking to night bazaar and weekend walking streets but we liked it as we like walking. They have free bicycles to use if needed. Mother and the daughter, who speaks English fairly well, were very nice and friendly people. Breakfast which is included, is cooked by the mother and were just amazing. Many choices you can choose from and good big portions. Coffee they brew every morning are one of the best coffee in all Thailand, Doi Chaang Coffee! I bought few packs myself. Rooms are very clean, modern and can see that is well built. The only thing to watch out for which are common in most of Asean hotels/guesthouses is that you can hear the sound from the other room but since we are out and also others are out during the day time, it wasn't too bad. Highly recommended. We definitely will come back to this place when in CR!

This guesthouse is absolutely beautiful. The decor is amazing and the room was very clean. The shower was really powerful and got really warm, which is often a rarity in Thailand! The included breakfast is delicious, varied and large. The guesthouse is in a quiet location, around a 10-15 minute walk to the main street in Chiang Rai. What really makes this place is the hosts, they are so kind and helpful! They helped us to hire a moped from the hotel next door and also gave us recommendations of things to do. I wish we'd had longer here! It is excellent value for money.

There is not a lot of soundproofing between the rooms and we could hear our neighbours talking and snoring. Not a massive deal though.

This place is just lovely and one of the best I had in my trip! I stayed here for 3 nights and I'm so impressed. The room is super clean, bed very comfortable and room is spacious and with modern amenities. They offer free bicycles which are very good aswell. The best aspect by far are the lovely owners! The daughter - mother duo made my stay extra special. The were helpful, friendly and go the extra mile. The mom cooks breakfast in the morning which you can choose beforehand. And it was so delicious. She eben made me.something special because I'm vegan. I wish I could've stayed longer, because it felt like home :) thank you, Jennifer

Everything was perfect!

The room was very comfortable and the location was perfect - in a quiet part of the city but still close enough to the walking Street and night bizarre. They have city bikes you can use, which is a great benefit. Thai and her mom are such a lovely family and cared for me so well. The Thai breakfasts cooked by her mom were awesome! Thai and her mom truly made my stay in Chiang Rai super special. I left very early on my departure day and they even woke up to say goodbye and give me takeaway breakfast 😊 Highly recommend!

Nothing, I loved it.

Located in quiet neighbourhood. Very good sleep at night. Got 4 bathrooms for the suite which is more than enough to use. Extremely recommend for family and group travellers. Just about 15mins walk from saturday night market. Host is very nice, we were arriving late at 11pm and received warm welcome from her. Breakfast is included.

Easier to get here if you are renting a car.

- Super friendly owner. Helped with scooter rental, pick-up from and to Bus Terminal. Recommendations for the area - The room is clean, modern and comfortable. The shower is working so far the best in Thailand - It is a bit more „outside“ of Chiang Rai, but in a very, very quite & nice area. Streetfood/coffee/restaurants are available within 5mins walk

In the first night our room neighbors were pretty „loud“, which is not a fault of the accommodation, but it is worth mentioning, that there is not really a sound isolation between the rooms.

This guest house is so perfect you want to stay a long time. The room was big, beautiful, modern, very clean. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is large with everything you need inside. The area is quiet. And what makes this guest house so special is the owners (a daughter and a mother), they are the kindest and nicest persons ever. They'll do everything to make your stay perfect. They help you with the tours, they lend you a bike, they even drove me to my next place ! And they cook a delicious breakfast. It was really pleasant to discuss with them, you feel at home with family ! Thank you 🙏

My girlfriend and I loved this place. Great value for money. Our room was very stylish. Tasty breakfast with a lot of options (you have to choose the day before what you're gonna eat) It's 20 minutes walking to the city center, but we enjoyed having this walk. You can even get bicycles and have a ride. Friendly staff

We arrived to the adress that wad shown on booking but couldn't find the place. But after looking for the "Huan Amphan" on Google maps we managed to find it

very quiet, 10 minutes walk to a Main Street with food stalls, restaurants, ATMs, and 7-11. Hosts are very friendly and hospitable. Breakfasts are prepared by Host’s mom every morning, coffee, tea, juice, toasts all available. You can pick from their menu for next morning’s breakfast. Thai or Continental styles. Excellent all around. Rented a scooter next door, bicycles also available to use free of charge. Will definitely oil again if return to Chiang Rai.
