Great resort

They have a private beach but it is far from the the hotel and their shuttles services are limited

Beautiful resort, clean and well maintained not far from a really bustling part of the island. My boyfriend and I had THE BEST head, neck, back and shoulder massage here with two ladies who were exceptional. Probably the best massage I've ever had in my life very good value - highly recommended.

If you want to get about you will need to either hire motorbikes or get taxis. We hired motorbikes very cheaply from the hotel and loved it but realise that may not be for everyone

A gem in Koh Chang. The resort is beautiful ,with well maintained gardens, and the rooms are BIG. Clean. Quiet. Fresh. The bed is large and comfy. I slept very well. Wifi was good, the bathroom was good. Breakfast is okay, i stayed 2 weeks so became repetitive after a while, but for a short stay is good: fruits, coffees, bacon, eggs, waffles, cereals, thai food, juices.

During the days of my stay, the pool filter needed maintainance so the water wasn't very clear, so i didn't use it. But im' very picky with pool water, has to be as clear as bottle water for me. I guess it's not a problem for the rest 99% of guests in the hotel as they were using it with no problem.

I've stayed in and visited many hotels in Koh Chang, this is by far the best and I keep returning. Exceptionally clean, amazingly quiet and peaceful. Wifi is constant throughout the resort. Staff are fantastic and couldn't do more to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It doesn't have direct access to the beach but I think this works in its favour, you really feel like you are in the middle of the jungle surrounded by nature. In my opinion, an incredible place and one of the best I've stayed in Thailand. The photos on the website don't do justice to quite how beautiful it is. Highly recommend.

The location was amazing, and the pool area was fantastic. Our little hut we stayed in was large, clean, and with a lovely balcony. The staff was amazing and very nice

The bed was VERY hard, with no way of making it softer (madrassas toppers etc). Our "double" bed was two singles put together, but they where so big that it wasn't a big issue, just worth mentioning. The food choice were a bit disapointing, there could have been more options (only one flavor yogurt for breakfast, only a handful of non-sea food options for room service etc)

The perfect choice for Koh Chang, especially for long stay and digital nomads . Price is very good, rooms are large, beautiful woods, clean, smell good and fresh. Bed is clean, comfy, no bedbugs (I inspect every hotel). Under the bed is clean, corners are clean. Bathroom is clean and well made. Shower has No mold and no bad smells from sewage, water pressure is strong and temperature is stable. I appreciated the towels are large, clean, and the beach towels are provided as well. There is also a robe and flip flops provided. The gardens are beautiful, lots of little pathways and bridges around the garden and canals. Canals are mosquito free thanks to air bubbles pumped during all day. Overall the garden is a pleasure for the eyes, and all rooms face the garden. In the middle there’s the pool area, with sunbeds and jacuzzi. Breakfast staff was super kind and helpful. Breakfast has teas and an automatic coffee machine - you can choose cappuccino, americano, latte or chocolate- then the cool area with sliced pineapple and watermelon, yoghurt, green salad, tomatoes, cucumber, white salad and some dressing. The hot station has little pancakes and 2 types of bread, a toaster machine, strawberry jam, orange jam, butter honey. Eggs are pre made, choose between plain homelette and fried eggs. Also have sausage , ham. Also offers 3 choices of Thai food - but I don’t remember exactly - and orange juice and water. WiFi is super fast everywhere, easily reaching 250mbits/sec

Nothing! I might suggest to add the Italian espresso coffee for breakfast :) and one or two more type of fruit to choose. The pool was probably under maintainance so water was not crystal clear but nothing to worry about

The hotel itself is situated in a very quite area ,the staff and service are really great. Garden and water feature area was amazing.

Was not situated near the beach, but has a shuttle bus running for free. A bit too small swimming pool area, not always can get a space . Breeakfast was very repetitive, but nice.We ordered few dishes to taste in a room for an evening time ,but it was really bad and some dishes arrived cold. Hotel is further away from other amenities, but you can rent a bike or get a taxi.

Garden is amazing.

The safe never got fixed in my room, so I had to carry my valuables with me at all times.

For me, this is one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed in. If you are a nature lover and love quietness, then this is the place for you. I had a small stream outside my balcony (superior and deluxe rooms) and it was like heaven. The room is comfortable and the staff are really friendly and helpful. There is also a lovely pool/ jacuzzi area and the hotel provides good massages.

I think the gym equipment could be improved as there is not much for weight training. The bathroom shower in particular could be updated and improved. Few more food options for dinner.

The resort is amazing and I spent a wonderful holiday at Annika. The staff are kind, the room space is ok, clean, and peaceful. The outdoors and the garden of this place are fantastic. Highly recommended in Koh Chang.

At the checkout, they charged us for the Evian water we wrongly drank instead of the standard water included for free. It was not clarified well in my opinion at the check-in.
