The beach is beautiful, the hotel is by far the most beautiful, the best.

There were no mosquito nets on the bungalows. And there were a lot of mosquitoes. Unfortunately, there were rats in the hotel area and they were making noise in the attic and on the roof at night. But the most important thing: no one at the hotel told me to watch out for the sand fly. We have hundreds of bites that itch and keep getting bigger for days. The hotel could draw attention to this! And the breakfast: so boring.

This property has the best beachfront on the island. It is huge and during low tide many people enjoy walking in the beach area. The pool villa was excellent and we enjoyed the privacy and also the size (good for a couple). The waterpark is across the street and was super fun. Definitely a huge plus for kids and families.

We had some ants and the bathroom and the property came to spray for them. Poof gone. There was no other negative aspects of this property. It was just awesome. Thank you for an excellent staff, great covered parking, room service and great meals and more.

This is probably our favorite place we've ever stayed at in Thailand. We had a beachfront bungalow that couldn't have been more perfect. So beautiful, comfortable bed, good breakfast. The beach was perfect for the small children in our group. We also booked a snorkeling tour through the hotel. We were picked up right at our bungalow. Because we had the littles, we only did a half day, but it was perfect for us. I would love to make it back here again some day!!

There's nothing to not like. It's a welcoming and beautiful place.

This resort has the best beach front on he island, Clean and filled with palm trees. The enviroment which surrunds the hotel is magnificent and well taken care of. Like being in paradise. Rooms ara okey but need a bit of renovation since it must be over 20 years old. The stuff is fantastic, smiling and helpfull. The massage on the beach is one of the best thing you can have. The breakfast is pleanty and high quality you can choos from minimum 30 type of foods. I highly reccomend it!

The room could be a bit more modern, but is not a deal breaker at all.

Everything from location to the room and staff are above and beyond expectation. A true paradise! Surprise bonus for the kid - a waterpark inside the resort, what a blast! Hotel spa was great, and also the pool has the best (the cleanest water) we have seen.

We enjoyed everything here from breakfast to dinner (even the pizza didn’t meet the standard - the kitchen staff need to learn how to make the dough right), the resort is a true paradise!

The bungalows, the pool, the ocean views, and park itself were beautiful. The waterpark with many slides across the road is free and good fun. Special shout-out to Alex, who really makes Koh Chang Paradise wonderful.

The cushions on the sunloungers are a bit worn. Whilst the bungalows themselves were clean (although we did have ants in the bathroom), the park itself could do with a scrub and some maintenance in spots (like the breakfast table cloths). The staff could be encouraged to uphold the hotel’s rules more (ie upholding rules around not smoking in non-smoking areas).

Pool villa was great. Large room with big private swimming pool. Nice and private with high fence and gate. Lots of parking for motorbikes and cars.

Due to being at the end of the off season there was a lot of construction going on. Restaurant and reception areas being redeveloped. The temporary facilities worked ok though it didn’t look like the postcard

Location at the nice end of Klong Prao beach, property offers a lot of shade by vegetation at the beach front, good beach bar with beautiful views and reasonable prices. Hotel food is at least one notch better than normal hotel fare. not far from other (outside) restaurant options.

We had a pool villa and a deluxe bungalow, the latter was rather functional and a bit bland as regards interior (but beds were, whilst rather firm, comfortable and the bathroom is huge)

Excellent beach resort, great having access to slides for kids to unwind in the afternoon after a morning of exploration. The beach bar was lovely and food good. The staff put on a fire show in the evening which you couldn’t get tired of watching. we had a family suit with private pool, which was excellent value for money. The beach was clean and peaceful.

There wasn’t many restaurants you could walk to, but it was easy enough getting a taxi, but not cheap for Thailand, 50 bht per person one way, which adds up with large family!
