I spent some very relaxing days in a very comfortable, clean, and well appointed bungalow in a brilliant location at a very reasonable price. The views are amazing. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I only have positive things to say. Others have criticized the lack of nightlife, but for me, that was a plus. There are many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance, but I don't know what they are like because the house restaurant had everything I have wanted just a few steps from my door.

It's a bit awkward to get to by public transport, but that was my own fault for not researching in advance.

Comfy clean beds. Hot water and good shower pressure. Kind helpful staff. Great selection of food. Close to attractions and surrounding beaches. Bike rental affordable and hasstle free. Quiet location with majestic views whilst sitting on your own patio or that at the main lapa area. Small but adequate clean splash pool . Will deffinatly visit again.

Not the Resorts fault at ALL..... some litter from the ocean that washes up on the rocks. Tourists need to keep their own litter in a bag when taking a boat trip and dispose of it themselves, litter does not miraculously decompose.....especially plastic and tin cans.

We loved Cliff Cottage. We felt very at home for the two weeks we stayed. The restaurant area is amazing for chilling and watching the sun set. The food was delicious with a good variety of food on offer 😋 if you are planning on diving, then this would be the perfect base. The staff are lovely and make you feel very welcome. They care for the cats and dogs here which was lovely to see.

It didnt bother us but the location is not a area with bars and restaurants so this might bother some, however the staff are happy to call a taxi which for around 100 THB per person will take you to areas that have so wasn't an issue getting around and most people seem to hire scooters anyway.

Location was perfect as it was just few minutes away from the BB dive centre. Great spot for isolation , and silence from the nightlife or human traffic noises. They do room clean once every 3 days. Staffs are very friendly and always ready to assist and accommodate to your request...from calling for taxi to simply help with printing boarding flight ! Highly recommended for anyone that likes the distance away from clustered location and loves the slightly rugged life close to nature.

Tho there were random family of monkeys dropping on the roof loudly or visiting me at the balcony, all is well, part of nature. Anyway they have 1 main friendly dog that lives there to help chase them away when needed (:

We absolutely loved our stay here, if you want a peaceful secluded location by the sea then this is for you. The views in all directions were amazing. There was so much equipment to use any time for free, like kayaking and snorkeling. We went snorkeling every day as there was so much to see in the water directly in front of the bar area. The bar was a great chill out area with loads of different comfy seating, bean bags, hammocks etc with reasonably priced drinks. The rooms were basic but good. We would recommend to stay in the bungalows as the view was beautiful. The bed was comfy, good shower and good sized fridge.

We loved our stay but the atmosphere was a little quiet and not very social if that's what you are after. Bangbao is walkable if you want shops but for bars its best to take a taxi. However we would recommend to go to the restaurant next door as the food was top, the owner was super friendly and the atmosphere was a bit more lively. The air con was either off or on, so overnight we were either freezing or boiling and there a monkeys in the day who are after your food, so it's not possible to sit out on the balcony.

the cabin I stayed in was basic, clean, quiet, and overlooked the sea. The main selling point however is the stunning chill out area/deck/“lobby”/restaurant. It’s extremely comfortable and you can sit there listening to the sea for hours. The staff are a credit to this place. The girl behind the counter is always smiling and very friendly/funny, the guy working alongside her was also fantastic, attentive, and friendly. Both are extremely helpful for arranging motorbike rental, taxis, etc along with making great cocktails.

it’s good to remember the property is surrounded by trees/jungle so nature may find its way into your room. i had a brief ant problem on night 1. I swept the ants out, and sprayed insect repellent around the corner of the door where they were getting in and I didn’t see them again. Nothing worth docking a point for.

Helpful staff. kayak and snorkeling equipment free to use. they helped us renting a scooter. cozy rooms. beautiful view from room and restaurant. very nice to just relax. very quiet and picturesque.

bit pricey restaurant but it’s quite normal in remote accommodation. the quiet and remote location comes at a price. closest restaurant at pier about 20 min walk. great sea food but much more expensive in comparison to night markets. roads on island are very hilly so be careful when driving scooter especially in rain. each time to get to the cliff cottage you have to go through all hairpins.

The staff, especially Nueng, have been very friendly and helpful. The service was great at all times. To name some examples: Nueng helped us renting a Scooter, getting our Phone back after losing it somewhere on the island and getting a good price for the taxi. The restaurant is excellent and has an amazing atmosphere. We just loved to spend time there. Snorkeling in front of the restaurant was quite an adventure because of the many fish and corals we have seen. The snorkeling gear was free as well as the kayaks. We highly recommend this place!

The food was amazing. Super good. It is an amazing place to chill. They have a 10/10 chill spot. Staff was very nice as well. If you are looking for a more chilled out, quiet place to relax, and at a reasonable price, I definitely recommend this place.

I couldn't seem to get wifi in the room. I didn't ask about it so maybe I was just having a problem. It was actually a good thing for me because I didn't need to be in my room for anything but sleeping anyways.
