We stayed in beachfront DBL room which is in perfect style and condition - very modern, aesthetic and nice. The resort is very clean, natural, the staff is so polite and friendly.

The management of the resort is totally confused and mistaken. The resort is too overbuilt and no beach space is left . There is no space for the guests who stay in the other places like bungalows or DBL rooms in the backsides. If they want to stay in the beach there is no place…No sun-beds, no umbrellas, even no space for them. So they stay just in front of our beautiful beach front room, they scream, laughing or just lay whole day. The top of everything is the noise. The echo from the corridor to our room, which is near the reception is terrible. You can hear how the guests settle in, throw their suitcases, every closing of the door of an adjacent room is like thunder. There is no silence and time for relax during the day

We had a great time. Attentive and friendly staff (with one exception). The bungalow was better than I expected. Comfortable, clean and a stone's throw from the sea. The swimming pool is also nice. Breakfast made both buffet and a la carte. Varied with everything you need. I know the area, I have been going there for many years and I always find it very good. I recommend renting a scooter. I take the liberty of recommending the structure to people who respect tranquility and good manners. But the best memory that will remain with me is the friendship with a very sweet (and very clean) dog who followed us throughout our stay. I hope the resort (staff) takes care of it.

Nothing to report. Too bad for a (man) employee who is not very fond of the dog, although all the guests liked it. Take care of the dog, he is a guard and guests like him ....

The location was great, beautiful view and sunset. I like the style and the atmosphere on the hotel. We will come back as it is a great and safe location for families for the kids to run around. Thanks for a great stay.

The breakfast was good i was very happy with it, but for the people that like bread it would be nice with something more than just jam :)

Excellent hotel and friendliness... better than expected.. the rooms were exceptional withwonderful beds and pillows..

Cafe not opening till 12,00 lunchtime was the only downside... when your on the beach or in the pool, and cannot get a drink is very poor.. cafe needs to open at 10.30am every day... lots of other guests thought the same..

Everything is amazing! The staff are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met, the breakfast was delicious, and the facilities/grounds/beachfront are well kept. We will forever choose this as our Koh Chang lodging.

beds are a smidge too hard, but you can ask for a mattress cover or two to help with that.

Staff, location, massages and breakfasts. Happy hour watching the sunset was amazing.

Not enough umbrellas and deck chairs around the pool, we went after breakfast and 90 % had been reserved with towels and bags

We had a very nice room with pool access (paid extra). We enjoyed our stay. Good location. Good wifi most of the time. Possibility to rent a kayak.

The breakfast was little bit of a chaos during busy hours. There was staff at the coffee machine and bread toaster. Things guests can do themselves. Instead they should have been filling up the empty containers. No other complaints.

great place - exceeded my expectations. Pretty bay to swim, sit on the beach and access to other parts of island.

Stand up Paddle Boards, would like to see them have them for hire.
