It is such a nice place and the rooms make you feel at home the moment you enter. I strongly recommend Beachfront rooms. Restaurant (near beach) is ok. Sea View Spa is very good, excellent skills.

Having a beachfront room (which are so great) it will need 10-20 minutes to reach the breakfast destination. Transportation is done by a very noisy and exhausting pipe smelly Mini car. It is not reasonable. Yes, I saw that the cable car was under maintenance .... If staff would be less shy to communicate it would help a lot, especially at the breakfast site. Having breakfast was a real pain, every day. Staff needs a lot more training.

Pretty much everything. It’s high end prices for Thailand but it’s high end standards throughout. Superbly trained staff, superb pools and bars, fantastic location with great views and a great breakfast👍

Only the price but it’s still cheaper than a Travelodge in Croydon on a Saturday lol. Nothing wrong with Croydon by the way 😄

I loved how clean the rooms were and how bright and spacious. We had an ocean view reserve room and it was outstanding! New, comfortable, and with all the needed amenities and more. Really stoked by an amazing stay here. Also, during breakfast we were lucky to have one of the terrace tables and the view was just stunning.

All was great - maybe a few more vegan options for breakfast could be added, like soy/almond milk and some tofu dish. Just a suggestion.

The Resort is amazing. Really friendly staff, great food and above all so much space :) We didn't expect the Resort to be so big. Lots of great views because it's built at a hill.

Nothing really to mention. Our room had an amazing view because it was at the top of the hill. But therefore the way to the beach took a bit longer. But we actually enjoyed walking (and taking the cable car) and wouldn't have wanted it otherwise :)

Beautiful location down by the sea. The pool area was very nice and calm. The staff was amazing with very good service.

They forgot to bring us towels almost every day. And no new toilet paper. The room could use a makeover.

We stayed 10 days in this beautiful located and very well-kept resort. The resort is perfectly integrated in the tropical paradise around. We had a nice, clean and large ocean view room on the breakfast level building. The pools are nice, the beach area is good and the best part is a Kajak tour to the little island. The gym was also nice and clean. The breakfast offered a great egg, soup and waffle station. The breakfast focuses on Asian guests which is fine for us. To improve for European guests we would suggest to offer more variety in regards to cheese, bread and fresh fruits juices. The beach restaurant offered a variety of delicious salads, pizzas, Thai food and seafood which we liked to eat. Beautiful spacious rooms. Comfy beds. The pool and private beach area are to die for. Delicious breakfast. A perfect place to chill and enjoy Koh Chang's nature and beach.

Had lots of mosquitoes in the room when we first arrived. The staff took care of it upon our request.

It is a fantastic hotel in just the best location on Koh Chang. The hotel has everything you need should you wish to do very little on your holiday, and it is located just a few minutes from a lovely little town with plenty of restaurants should you wish to go out. Views from the resort are stunning, and the swimming pools and beach areas are perfect for relaxing and switching off.

The rooms we were in needed a little upgrade and focus on details to be a bit more comfortable. Cushions on the outdoor balcony furniture would be nice. A 32" TV seemed little small for the size of the room, which was ample. Minor gripes and nothing more.
