Lovely hotel right on the beach, seawiew from the rooms, kidsfriendly pool with bubbles and a slide and a friendly cleaningstaff who made different animals out of our towels everyday. We had breakfast included and could choose between a variety of dishes to suit all tastes. The beach is beautiful with clear shallow water and rooms spacious with verandas outside. Our kids loved eveything about it.

The restaurant is quite pricy why we went to dine elsewhere, but there are several other cheaper options along the beach and in town. The manager warned us about noise from the bar in the evening but really, it wasn't more than a distant bass until 11 pm - not a problem to neither us nor our kids

Good location (Nice restaurants nearby) , great pool and beach. I also liked they own restaurant, beach bar, the staff and the general vibes.

It didn't bother me, but beach bar was next to mine beach bungalow and there was DJ 'till 11pm. So if you don't like beach bars and dance music, don't book beach bungalow. 🙃

Everything , right on the beach, nice pool, very good quality food ( we run a restaurant so we are fussy) great little cocktail bar and rooms are comfortable nice staff as well there’s also a good gym over the road for residents to use

The room we stayed in didn’t have any windows apart from on the door but there not all like that they have family rooms with big glass windows but are more expensive it’s not a big deal but I think reviews should be informative so people have choices when booking. The area is a bit quiet personally next time I’d stay in Kai bae where there are lots more restaurants and bars to choose from.

Location is perfect: good cafe within 40 m, shops within 50 m, and great restaurants within a 5-10 min. songthaew ride. Hotel staff were very kind and helpful. The pool of the hotel is well-maintained and clean. Beach bars with music are open until 2300, then exactly at 2300 all music stops, and the beach is quiet. Our room was great though, we could hardly hear the noises from outside.

The food in the restaurant of the hotel was so-so for our taste. We skipped the breakfast as well…

Clean and friendly staff. Location was amazing and food was excellent and well priced. Everything we needed was close by with a 7 Eleven across the street. Try the banana crepe from the cart at the end of the strip, to die for. The room was totally sound proof. We were amazed. Great fire show every night.

The rooms are nothing fancy like most on island. Location and staff more then made up for it

Never accept bungalow A1 !! It’s direct near the loudspeakers and brutal loud the whole evening They should change to lounge music at the himmelbar!

We had a villa on the beach (A2) which was brilliant! Right on the beach, perfect to watch the sunset and listen to the great tunes from Himmel bar. Room was large and, though not modern, very comfortable. We had a problem with no hot water which was fixed within a couple of hours so the service was exemplary.

Location! I loved staying on White Sand Beach, watching the spectacular sunsets every night. Nice large pool. Great restaurant with a wide range of food.

We were there at a busy time and were never able to get a deck chair by the pool. Everyone seemed to 'reserve' them early each day by putting towels or clothes on them and leaving them there all day.

View, pool, breakfasts, location the Best of Koh Chang. Our vacation was the Best. We Will come back soon. I love hotel Lagoon. Thank you for everything
