Location and closeness to the sea. Small patio (with electricity for remote work) to watch sunset and swimming pool were amazing. Restaurant and bar were pretty good as well. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Beds are not 2m as advertised. Lack of closet for cloths and racks is a small minus. The problems with not working toiled that got fixed in one day. The dropping water from the tap in the bathroom was not fixed. Restaurant was not consistent, breakfast wasn't too good for the price. We also ordered twice Tom Yum soups (different day) and it was completely different dish.

great place directly at the beach. liked the pool and the bat next to the hotel. delicious food for a good price, relaxing atmosphere and great sunset spot. the hotel is directly at the beach, walking distance to many more bars and restaurants. the staff was very friendly ad helping. you can book tours, transfer, scooter etc. just 5 min to the main street with 7/11 and more restaurants. get a scooter to explore Koh Lanta😎 the bungalow is big and clean. needs some repairs here and there, but for this price everything was fine! A/C worked great and the big fridge is a plus nice to have. loved the big bed quite time at the hotel.

We had an amazing stay in this resort in Koh Lanta. Cozy atmosphere, direct access to the beach, awesome sunsets, very nice staff, massages, tasty food and fresh juices :) reception was really helpful, we could book all the activities and transfer through them.

Not possible to swim or enter the water when low tide, the sea bottom was full of rocks

Excellent Value. Quiet Location, but 5 minute beach walk to a lively little evening seaside community. More food/drinks Massage and music. 7/11 2 minute walk away inland. Good swimming pool. Fantastic elevated hangout areas next to beach.Chill!!!! Really Really Good fresh food cooked at resort, always has a charcoal grill at the ready! Prawn hot pan was one of my favourites. The bar does amazing cocktails Wife’s favourite was a “Big Black Willy” !!! Preferred this resort to the one next door.

Location was amazing, right on the beach in a peaceful spot. The swimming pool was large, clean and inviting. The restaurant and bar were fantastic, serving delicious well priced food and the bar was a real treat with good music and a chilled vibe.

Simple toiletries eg shower gel would have been a bonus.

Luxuriant garden, nice clean bungalow, nice pool, seaview. Parking. Great sunset :)

It's no one's fault but in the rainy season the bar and restaurant are closed, the beach is quite dirty and due to a big storm some common furniture and facilities were broken.

Nice reception lovely spot staff roam about the place keeping it tidy it's a little dated but the pool and service in general was great. Nice bungalow with TV and air con near to sea what more can you want.

Tranquil location. Breakfast was a good price. Loved the Sound Shack Bar. The pool was appreciated as the beach is a little rocky. Over all clean and welcoming.

There were a number of smokers. Can’t do much about that but definitely a consideration for future stay.

Great location on the beach. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great pool area and sunloungers. Bungalows were well equipped with great air conditioning and showers and good having a fridge in room. Good breakfast at the restaurant. 7/11 right at top of road for essentials.

Good location close to a peaceful beach, not far away from Saladan by motorbike. Helpful staff, good facilities (pool, restaurant and bar, massage offer etc.). Good quality/price.

Equipment maintenance could be better (air con in D8 for example)
