The chairs on the balcony were pretty much on their last four legs, the Wi-Fi worked maybe 8 hours a day, pillows and bed like a rock.

A great place to just relax. Staff are just lovely. Gardens nice. Two great swimming pools. Restaurant right on the beach. Great value breakfast again right on the beach. Great holiday with children. Location to restaurants and 7 eleven within 100 metres. Arranged all our motorbike hire tours and transfers at the office. All at very competitive prices. We booked for a week and stayed another. A beautiful place.

Really I can’t think of anything. Not that it bothered us, at low tide the beach is very rocky. We just swam in the pool.

2 pools were excellent. Bar/ restaurant was great and staffed by family. Chef was excellent. We had a chance to sit with the owner and have a nice visit. I offered to marry one of the daughters so I could stay. Only good things at this facility. I chose it blind for cost and location so what a pleasant surprise

I couldn’t stay longer

Definetly recommended! We stayed at this place for 3 weeks and we could stay longer! It's simple but confy. The staff is incredibly kind! Great swimming pool by the beach. The restaurant is by the beach as well, which was the best office we could have to get some work done. Internet works OK in the room, but it's better at the restaurant - 120mb speed, nice for videocalls. The restaurant is OK but a little pricy. It's good for happy hour. There are a few restaurants around the area and big 7-11 at the corner. Hotel laundry costs around 40 baht/kg. The beach at the hotel is nice for snorkeling and sunsets are always incredible. It's recommended to rent a scooter to get to know the beaches in Koh Lanta. Also recommend to do the 2 island tour (koh rock and koh ha), which you can buy at the hotel. Staff was very friendly. 2 pools and right next to the beach. Bed was comfy and the place was very clean. Location was really good. Most of Koh Lanta is spread out, but we had a few restaurants nearby and a 7-11 right there. Price was very affordable.

It looks like they are slowly making improvements to some of the bungalows, but ours was a bit old and in need of some update. However, we paid a very affordable rate and didn't expect it to be brand new and we were very happy with our stay!

I initially booked only two days. But I am so happy that I stay a week longer. I felt very comfortable and safe from the first moment. The people are super nice and the bed is comfortable. It even has 2 pool :) For this price unbeatable. For this price you get a lot. The bar small and has a quiet familiar with lots of cozy seating. Food tastes super delicious. Thank you already for this great stay.

for these room rates I can find absolutely nothing to complain about. You pay very little and get a lot for it.

Restaurant male staff are miserable. Hired a scooter from hotel and left cash deposit which they tried to say they never took and had to argue before eventually getting deposit back.

Liked the chalet. Cleaned each time we handed keys into reception. Nice beach bar at next door property. The pools on the complex were good Reception staff were helpful.

Didn't like the rocks at the seaside there. When we visited the bar we were given a warm beer so did not go back there. Steep steps up to the bungalow

At first sight it seems a little underwhelming. Once inside the compound, it’s a lovely place. Right on the beach. Literally steps right down to the water. You can eat each meal overlooking the ocean. Pool is nice. It’s quiet and calming.

Entry a little deceiving. Bathroom not the greatest. Basic.

The swimming pool is nice, bungalows are ok

The water in the swimming pool is very dirty… My bungalow was supposed to be 30 meter square, obviously was not… Tv didn’t work at arrival, someone came to check but never came back…was supposed to have cable tv
