the view from the room was amazing.

for that price i would expect a bit better facilities.. (we booked double room with a sea view).. the room is ok, the teracce is ok, the view is marvelous, but the place itself its a bit messy (would be otherwise ok, but for westeren prices i would expect western standards). breakfast is not freshly made.. the eggs are staying there the whole day

The place wasn't fancy but it was solid, clean, comfortable (nice king bed )and everything functioned properly including the air conditioner. The staff was friendly and efficient. I would definitely stay here again

Nice location on the beach and plenty of places to eat nearby. Nice swimming pool and always plenty of sun beds available. WiFi was excellent in room and around pool. Staff were pleasant and helpful arranging transport when needed.

Breakfast was basic and always cold. Room cleaning was sporadic and as with an older property, power outlets are minimal in room. We had a first floor room and found the concrete stairs difficult with high risers and narrow treads making them very steep compared to European standards. Having said all this, we still enjoyed a very relaxing stay here.

The pool area is awesome! Very close to the beach and sea! The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was also good with a nice view at the ocean.

the position at the Khlong Dao beach is jiust ideal. The pool, the laidback atmosphere of the accommodation, as well as the efficient laundry service is greatly appreciated. The terrace in front of the room with the seaview is a blast. The hiostess speaks good English which is not a rule in Thailand and greatly facilitates communication.

There is no espresso machine and coffee at the brekky is just an instant powder and hot water. Family room for 4 people is rather small, upper bunk bed has no plug nor light. Mattrases are screaming for replacement.

This hotel is right on the beach. Its a long sandy beach with great views. The pool is excellent. The rooms are OK, dated but OK. Shower hot, normal Thai Island bathroom requests. There are some excellent restuarants along the beach, 5 minute walk on the sand. We had some excellent meals. I do not advise eating at the Rasta restuarant without checking the toilet facilities first !!!! You may well eat elsewhere. The two massage ladies at the hotel are fabulous always laughing, great oil massage.

Beautiful hotel right on the beach. It's on the quiet part of the beach but only a short walk from more restaurants. Food in the restaurant is very good, lovely breakfast. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The swimming pool was also beautiful and clean. This hotel is absolutely perfect for families. We hope to come back again!

Bed was a bit uncomfortable and hard. Restaurant closed quite early, but it wasn't a big problem since there is a planty of other options around. Hot water in the shower was a bit difficult to adjust to the right temperature.

The room with sea view is fantastic because you can feel like you sleep almost on the beach. You can see the sea from your room and you can access the beach in 2 meters. Very big room and bathroom. Everything clean. Friendly and helpful owner which helped to organize a transfer to Krabi. Close to the shop and some restaurants. A quiet place. Nice pool and a lot of beach beds. Good AC

Not a big choice for breakfast. The bed was a bit hard so next day we felt it because our bones were in pain. Windows not too hermetic.

Our seaview room was perfect for someone with mild disabilities, all on one level. Staff very helpful

There is no bar ( see facilities) and it would have been nice, not only to have a drink (I admire them for sticking to their principles) but it is easy to meet other people if there is somewhere central to sit

Beach was not growded, breakfast was simple but good, short walk to 7/11 and restaurants

There was no sunshade at the pool, only few trees by the beach, no alcohol was served, tv did not work at all, gardenwiew was wiew to the wall and some waterpump which was bit noisy
