On the best beach for swimming, restaurant has meals that are clean and delicious. Staff were lovely. Definitely stay here it is fantastic and great value for money. The bungalows are very spacious, air con works great. I stayed a few nights here but wanted to stay for much longer. I just loved my stay here. Perfect!

Front desk staff could be more welcoming and friendly. I did find them a bit cold. The guy said he has worked there for 18 years. I said you must like working here and he replied - I live close. Maybe time for him to move on as not to diminish the upbeat vibe of the rest of the staff. All other staff were lovely.

Absolute bliss. The staff are super friendly, can’t help you enough. The location is brilliant, right on of a strip of restaurants bars but far down enough so you have peace and tranquility on the beach. The huts were very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast is brought out to your balcony every morning at the time of your choosing, so many breakfast options and they’re all delicious. It’s just gorgeous to step out of your room onto the sand and into these views, you couldn’t be closer to the beach. We didn’t think our stay could get any better and then on our last night we moved rooms to the hut at the very front - UNREAL. This is the best place to stay on Lanta and we would choose it everytime.

Nothing - it was perfect.

The rooms are really beautiful and clean, situated just a couple of minutes walk from the beach. The buffet breakfast had lots of options and the resort restaurant had beautiful views. While the staff at reception weren't always the most helpful or forthcoming, they were very friendly and sweet, even going out of their way to organise birthday surprises for me which included pancakes and a song at breakfast and decorating my room. Thank you Sayang!

We visited mid November and it was still pretty quiet guest-wise but they had so many staff working. While certainly not a problem in and of itself, we did feel a bit awkward and surrounded while eating in the restaurant as at any one time we'd have maybe 6+ waiters hovering around our one table. But definitely a luxury problem to have! We also found the breakfast a bit cold and felt the location wasn't amazing, right at the north end of the beach where, while you did have restaurants right nearby on the beach, the main road location was a bit desolate and we preferred staying on other beaches in Koh Lanta.

The location is very close the Saladan pier, just like 15 minutes by tuktuk. The hotel is at the beginning of the beach so it was quiet and calm. There is everything you need for relaxed vacation - private sunbeds, chairs, hammocks, even inflatable air beds, toilets, shower, restaurant, everything at the beach.

The rooms and furniture were very old fashioned, looked like from 70s. It was more funny than being that a problem. We were not very satisfied with laundry service offered by the hotel - we were told it took one day to do the laundry (long time compared to other places where we used the service), when we came one day later to collect our stuff, we were told it is still not ready so we had to persuade them to quick the process up because we were leaving the next day. In the end we got our stuff back at the day, they mixed some items within our bags and one sock was missing.

Excellent resort with direct access to a perfect long sand beach. Clean large and comfortable bungalows. Perfect friendly personal, first of all, many thanks to Ms. Asma at reception who was always available for any questions and helpful for our wishes. With her help, we were sure about our daily tours and transfer to our next location. Perfect restaurant directly on the beach with friendly professional team, very good food. Very high recommended!

The resort is directly located at the beach, which is generally very clean and tidy. The staff also makes sure that old leaves are removed everyday so you can walk barefoot. And to avoid any dirt in the huts, they installed water taps in front of it, so you can wash your feet before entering. The breakfast buffet is sumptuous. You can decide between Asian or Continental dishes just as you like. (I didn’t like the coffee a lot, but it was okay). The staff itself was absolutely kind and helpful. And the laundry service is doing a great job. When renting a scooter, you can leave your passport at the reception, so you won’t have to give it to the renting company. It was also no problem to extend our stay (twice). We enjoyed ourselves so much, we decided to spent our whole vacation at the resort. We also made use of the massage service. It was so relaxing and soothing. We would definitely come back any time.

The huts are a little bit old-fashioned. A modernisation would attract more people. But that was no problem at all, because we spent most of the time at the beach. However, the drawer of the bedside table smelled horribly - I wouldn’t recommend to put anything inside.

Location was beachside on the most beautiful beach.. Bungalow was only 100 metres to the sea. Superb beachside restaurant and the food was delicious and plenty.. Quiet area at the beginning of the beach. Breakfast was good and the Thai food was very good. Easy to rent a motorbike from reception. I would stay again if I visited Koh Lanta.

Everything is very worn, huge maintenance is required not just this resort but the whole Island. The whole island would benefit from some investment. Koh Lanta is beautiful but there are so many better alternative destinations.with more to do. If you pay later at the hotel by credit card there is a 4% charge.

Our room was a bit dated, but there are better rooms when available Only one electric plug socket in the room, so unable to use or charge phones overnight when mosquito repellent plugged in
