Great location! Beach is awesome (!), no rocks during low tide, great sand. Also infrastructure with some shops & restaurants at the beach and main road. By tuk tuk close to Saladan Pier and night market. Location for us one of the best on the island. Staff super nice and friendly. Deluxe Bungalow, in which we stayed, was nice.

Unfortunately the water of the (new) deluxe pool had turned green and was not clear - pool was closed few days for maintenance. (mid Jan 2023) Breakfast was rather simple when compared to other hotels during our trip. We missed more Asian and vegetarian options.

Location was perfect, daily cleaning of the room was great, breakfast was delicious, staff was very helpful with everything!

Too many families with children, couldn't enjoy the pool area at all due to it🫤

I really enjoyed my stay! The standard bungalow was very good and the beach was comfortable (except jellyfishes). The area was very nice and the breakfast tasty. The fruits in the breakfast were one of the best I have ever had in Thailand!

There were no sunbeds on the beach. There also was no saying in the website that there are two swimming pools: the other for everyone and another one only for the Deluxe bungalows. If I would have known this prior, I would have definitely taken a Deluxe option.

Absolutely fantastic! The sea was right outside our front door. Facilities both in Villa 1 and throughout the resort were brilliant, and the staff were so friendly and helpful with the front desk organizating our transfers and scooter hire at very competitive prices. Breakfast was good, and the Beach Bar restaurant was one of the best in the vicinity. OH and his team did outstandingly, not only organising the Christmas Eve function, but creating good food in a great atmosphere every day - what a treasure Can't wait to return.

We would definitely have used the massage facilities at the resort if they were not as exposed.

The stand along bungalo rooms are nice. Short walking distance to the office and beach. a little further to get to town. The desk staff arranged for a motorbike rental to come directly to the hotel so that was nice to have pick up an drop of rental scooter right at hotel. There may have been a slightly better rate if I had gone direct to the rental shop but not by much. Housekeeping was good and lobby area clean. Pools clean and tidy. Umbrellas in closet came in handy for rainy season. Front desk staff was very attentive, responsive and helpful. There are some lazy cats that hang out on the porches, so I didn't see any mice or bugs around. Overall this is a good property and I would recommend it and stay here again in the future.

I did not eat the breakfast. In the room there was a provided hotpot for boiling water, but no instant coffee packages to make room coffee. Maybe they had just forgot? Its a long walk to the main drag but the way is concrete, so no mud is good. This distance also provides for a quiet area resort, all you hear is the waves, some wind and rain which is very peaceful compared to traffic and city noise Some attention to maintenance details in the room could be improved. Like loose light fixtures but none of these items were critically important, and just a minor detail

The property is in a beautiful location in the middle of the beach front which is ideal for all the restaurants both on the beach and main road.

The apartments which are advertised for families and an upgrade from the bungalows definitely felt like a downgrade. Building work is going on at the entrance and below the apartments which made the outside look really rough and not promoting a holiday feel. The building work during the day kept our baby from napping and resulted in us having to move (and pay for the move to upgrade again).

On the beach. Next to bars and restaurants. Lots of chairs to sit in under the trees overlooking the beach. Very helpful staff. Nice swimming pool Shaded porch to the bungalow ideal for sitting outside. Overall reasonably quiet and relaxed. Good buffet breakfast. Great coffee machine with a selection of 12 different drinks

A few noisy children around the swimming pool Could do with more electricity sockets. The only available ones were in the headboard above the bed

Amazing hotel resort, huts facing the beach. Very comfy bed, great breakfast too. Pool was clean and nice. Excellent hotel service such as port pick up, organizing scooter rental or laundry - all very affordable too.

No beach good for swimming in a walking distance.

Own little villa with balcony on beach. Newest ones closest to the beach, we were in older ones but still do the job just abit dated and in need for refurb inside. Loved the beach bar setting, very pretty and attractive. Perfect location. Close to walk into saladan (15-20 mins), 7/11 just up road and lots of places to eat and drink local

Cheaper villas need updating, but you get what you pay for so not a complaint.
