The property has 2 best qualities - Facilities for kids, and - Location I travelled with kids, and they had a blast. The swimming pool, indoor play area and splash zone, they liked it all. It was too much fun for them and for adults, it is right next to Fisherman Village. You get a variety of cafes and restaurants when you step out of the property. It was a wonderful experience :)

Value for money, the cost seemed a bit on higher side.

We liked the location in the middle of the Fisherman’s Village. The Hotel and rooms are amazing, bed super confortable, the quality of finishes and details in the room were exceptional. The beach area was nice. I think it’s a great option for families.

For the price and quality of the premises we missed a better service. We are not native English speakers, but the level of English among the staff is really low for the nature and stars of the hotel, specially in the reception counter, where you might expect someone that fluidly speaks, at the very least, English. Something that MUST be improved. To give you an idea: i wrote in a piece of paper (literally) double glenfidich on the rocks. I got served two whiskies in two glasses.

Brand new 5 star FAMILY resort right next to Fisherman’s Village. Amazing facilities with huge kids club, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, water park with slides in addition to the main HUGE pool. Such friendly staff! Delicious breakfast with lots of variety of choices for kids (chicken nuggets, spaghetti, pancakes at a kids height table to serve themselves). Right next to the beach with private beach access. Kids club provides childcare included with stay for ages 4-12. At night we could walk directly to the touristic beachfront shops/restaurants/bars and nightmarkets. So convenient and comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Rooms and bathroom have open concept space, which makes the toilet a bit less private. Entry opens to the bathroom, toilet is not enclosed, but there is a sliding door to separate from the beds. However, if someone needs to leave the bedroom, they have to slide open the bathroom door and pass the person on the toilet. Not an issue with our family, we have small children, but might be awkward with older kids and parents?

Absolutely gorgeous place! I would definitely come back here with our children. Our entire team enjoyed themselves here and I have never stayed anywhere that has such good, clean, well kept, facilities for children. The staff are totally lovely, everything is nice and clean, parking is easy and safe.

There was a very strong stench of soiled nappies in our room when we checked in, despite the room being exceptionally clean, I think the guests previous to us has left their nappies in there for a long time, it took a long time of us airing out the room to be able to be inside. This is no fault of the facility though, just other guests need to be more mindful of each other, we also had some comments and negative body language from other older guests - if you don't like children, don't stay somewhere especially catering to families with young children! The only other downside was the restaurants - the wait times are ridiculous despite there being almost no one in the place, and then the food arrived was not Thai style, nor was it yummy.

Beautiful new resort in a great location. Very kids orientated. Our daughter loved the kids club and pool. Location was right amongst the fisherman’s area, with heaps of restaurants. We loved our stay here!

Minor complaint but the splash park was a bit too cold, even in the warm tropical weather

Just a couple of minutes walk to Fisherman’s Village and overlooking the sea. I thought the rooms were well thought out and provided everything you need at this price point.

Staying as a couple we found the hotel quite busy with no quiet areas, especially by the pool. I think it’s better suited to families with children.

Staff very nice and helpful, particularly the porter who sorted out transport to the airport very quickly when our booked taxi via Bookings failed to show up. Spotlessly clean room and hotel in general. Excellent value for money for people travelling with children. Mt son loved the kids facilities (pools).

The area around the pool is deadly literally. It is a beautiful granite which when wet is like ice. I lost balance on the stairs twice and my son, 3.5 years old, fell a dozen of times, once injuring himself really badly. There are signs saying attention wet- not good enough. I think it is actually irresponsible. There are easy and cheap solutions to put some anti slip bands at least on the stairs if not at least around the kids pool. I aslos asked for a wake up call one day. It came 20 min later than requested. The market nearby is extremely noisy and we could not sleep before 11.

Clean, well designed, modern, attention to the small details in the room, spacious rooms, staff is friendly and helpful, location is perfect right outside coco tam’s at the fisherman village with all the great restaurants and lively market. swimming pool is beautiful and big. Perfect for families with children. Nice small water park for kids and little kids swimming pool. Cool adventure park and kids club. Decent gym. Nice pool bar.

Priced too high in my opinion. Less attention to the needs of adults. For a couple this might not be as quiet but didn’t bother too much. Breakfast isn’t worth it, better eat outside at the fisherman’s village.

The hotel is family orientated and they really didn’t miss anything in making your stay with children (especially multiple children) joyful and full of different activities from dawn till night. Spacious and cozy rooms, big pool, impressive splash pad, playing ground with white sand and hanging bridge, kid’s movies on the big screen, nice gym for parents – everything was superb. Kid’s club with “tree house “, lot’s of toys in my kid’s opinion even beat the splash pad. Thanks to the cheerful young ladies in the kid's club, who restlessly arrange different games and activities during all the day. The king room with bunk beds was a special treat! The place is located just a few steps from a long street with dozens of restaurants. So energetic young parents can also enjoy their cocktails, fire shows etc. The stay in this hotel was the highlight of our trip for my kid and we definitely would like to return.

Toilets without doors in standard rooms seem to be a bit inconvenient. Except this I liked everything, because I‘m the targeted audience and I came here specially to entertain my child. Guests who doesn't read the reviews attentively before booking and come in search of romantic privacy or meditative mood may be upset to find themselves in the midst of this joyful never-ending children's party.

Location was great - smack in the heart of Fisherman's village. Very close to the night markets without being impeded by them. Tons of decent restaurants and bars in close walking distance. Staff were really friendly and attentive.

The beach faced by the resort is not really swimmable - waves are unpredictable and A LOT of trash and debris washes up each morning. Also the kids - it's a family place and the overwhelming majority of families have one or more kids under the age of 5. Not necessarily a bad thing if you're in that bracket, but it was a bit full on at times - even with a 10yo of my own. I'd be rethinking if I only had older kids or was hoping for a couple's retreat.
