room was spacious and looked like the photos, had everything we could need, the view from the balcony was amazing and tv had netflix which was a nice treat :) we walked everywhere and the hill every review other review mentions is steep but pretty short, most of the rooms are located a minute walk away from the main reception so whenever we went out we skipped 3/4 of the hill going and coming anyway so it is not as big of a problem

could have done with cleaning and fresh towels more often we stayed for 5nights and it got cleaned once on the 4th day, however the overall cleanliness of the place was good. there’s a fair few geckos around the property grounds and one or two times little ones got in our room however they were pretty cute and completely docile and we got them out without much hassle

We recently stayed at this hotel, and the experience was delightful. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The owner's warm hospitality added a personal touch to our stay. The premises are stunning, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere with a beautiful view of Lamai Sea and hills from the terrace. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and equipped with a convenient kitchenette. The inclusion of a smart TV and strong WiFi made our stay even more enjoyable. The luxurious feel of the rooms, along with bidets in the toilets, added to the overall comfort. Housekeeping every 4 days ensured a neat and tidy environment. For convenience, laundry services are available down the slope, and various stores like 7/11, Makro, and Mini C are nearby. However, it's worth noting that the residence is situated on top of a steep slope, which may be challenging for older or less fit individuals. A bike or car is recommended to navigate the slope. Despite this downside, our overall experience was positive, and we highly recommend this residence for a pleasant stay. P.S: M.A. travel is available nearby down the slope and they offer bikes on rent and tours at affordable rates. The staff are friendly and quick to assist.

We were only there two nights but we could have stayed longer due to the size and the amenities available in the villa. The pool was deeper and bigger than it looked and was lovely to soak in. The property was south facing so we had the sun on it all day which was amazing

Slightly dated, could do with a lick of paint, however overall we were impressed by its general layout and appearance. The location was abit out of the way and not very well lite when walking back. Be aware of the short steep hill leading up to the villa

in the first appartment we booked, we had (probably mouse / rats) in the roof so we couldn't sleep as they were really annoying loud during the night, but it was no problem to switch rooms and than it was really a super stay

The Apartment was very clean on arrival and was cleaned twice during our stay with fresh towels which was very much appreciated. The views were amazing and we had fantastic weather during our stay. We hired a scooter from the owners which was a must to be able to get about and see the beauty of Koh Samui.

The mattress was very firm which took a little getting used to.

the views were spectacular. the room was plenty big enough. the best thing about the complex, was the manager - Kritsana provides excellent customer service beyond expectations.

Location was great, view from our balcony was stunning and the size of the apartment was perfect. Staff were great especially the manager who was so helpful.

The place could do with abit of renovation, furniture abit old, the bathrooms have a awful smell but other than that it wasn’t bad for a decent price

This didn’t worry me as I had a scooter. But it is on a hillside and it is steep. Hence the great views
