Clean and tidy hotel. We had nice room with the view to swimming pool, minibar was included in the room rate, it’s nice so we had water, juice and snacks every day. Buffet breakfast at the hotel was varied and food was delicious. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Also at the hotel you can get free beach towels so it’s very convenient. Beach is located 10 minutes walk from hotel, also walking distance to Bangla road and Central Patong shopping centre.

We had food from the supermarket that we wanted to reheat in the microwave. When we asked the staff if it was possible to do it somewhere in the hotel, the staff said yes, but you will have to pay for it. The amount was insignificant, but somehow it became uncomfortable. Beach towels are free, the mini bar is included in the room price, but we have to pay extra to use the microwave for few minutes. It sounded weird.

The hotel is amazing specially the location The room is quite nice but the bed is the most comfortable and clean . And the breakfast buffet is good which is having many choices. Special thanks to panaya on the restaurant side who always be there when we ask for anything as she speaking fluent English and she do her job in best way .

For the 9 days i stay , There was too many groups tourists they’re coming together for some days as the place will be noisy and crowded with people which will make it uncomfortable place specially that the restaurant and the cafe area is beside the reception.

location was unique and near every Main Street and quite, staff very friendly and cooperative, rooms very clean and comfortable

Very nice hotel, had a great time there. The room was clean and bright.

The check in took a lot of time for seemingly no reason. There were others checking in at the same time, all went quicker, and all got some welcome drinks but us. Apart from that, all went smoothly and well.

An international modern style hotel, if your looking for something ‘Thai’ then it might not be for you - but wouldn’t put me off going back again.

What a great hotel and at a fantastic price! The staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and we got 4 bottles of free water a day. Pool and breakfast buffet was awesome. Location is also very good.

Only issue we had was a couple bus loads of people coming to have breakfast and standing in the way, not the hotels fault as the kind staff would ask them to move but the people were so rude and wouldn’t listen to the staff.

Location is good. The room is big and the facilities are satisfactory.u

1. The breakfast choices are good but the quality is inconsistent. I think the quality of the food can be improved. 2. Quite disappointed that we didn’t get a packed breakfast when we checked out at 6AM. I was told that it needs to be informed a day before which I was not informed when I checked in. The front desk staff that assisted my check in already took my check out time information including my dietary preference as she said that breakfast will be packed for us. She didn’t tell me I had to follow up the day before my check out date.

I loved my Premium room with pool view, spacious, tidy, with comfortable bad, a lot of lights , minibar with some snack, 6 bottles of water every day, cleaning was expectinal with an everydays changing of bedleaning and bathrobes , thanks for housekeeping girl from 7th floor. Swimming pool is fantastic, long enough for exercises, with pool bar opened from 10am. Breakfast quite annoyed , may be because we stayed here for a long time, but still edible, good selection indian and Asian food, and coffe from coffeemashin is testfull. Very helpfull and friendly staff around, I've been upgraded room several times, very happy with it. They allowed me to keep my luggage 3 days for free.

Overpriced for restoursnte, besides the hot meal was coold and unfreshed. No AC at breakfast aria, very hot even early morning.

I liked everything in hotel. The room was great, with the huge balcony facing the quiet street and I have got a room on the high floor. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. The location of hotel is just perfect, it’s in a less busy part of Patong. But still very close to the beach and to all facilities. A lot of food places outside. 7/11 shop 3 min away. It was a spare card in the room so you could leave it and have air con cooling down the room while you are away. Very helpful.

Staff is really good. Location is little inside from the beach .but walking distance from the patong beach.

Indian breakfast is not so good but there are many indian restaurant near patong beach .
