My 7th or so stay at Centara Azure. As always it fulfilled my expectations. It's a very good hotel and the location cannot be beaten (in my opinion).

I am already booked to go back to Pattaya in October. I will be staying elsewhere due to the rates given by Centara Azure. The hotel demand reasonable rates. As a previous guest, I know when they are charging too much.

The best part of the hotel is the location. Anything that is worth visiting on foot is walking distance. The staff were exceedingly friendly and willing to help at anytime. Even thou I did not get time to use the swimming pool area I would say it looked amazing and even better at night when the lights came on. That Is my only regret that I did not use swimming pool facilities. Fantastic breakfast. Rooms were brilliantly designed with fancy led touchscreen light switches. The beds were super comfy and at times I overslept due to this reason. Overall a fantastic stay and I will make this my go to hotel for my future stays in pattaya.

The cleaning need to be monitored, smell of urine in the bathroom, informed the reception to send someone to clean, not done so we wash it, also The construction going on front of hotel make it difficult for taxi to come we had to carry our laguage to the taxi within the construction area

Staff very good and helpful. Breakfast vg. Quiet helped by carpetted hallways. Rooms well appointed, though perhaps a bit gimmicky with the many lighting controls. The shower and hand basin effectively take up space in the room, which makes the room smaller. Pool very nice, providing areas of sun and shade. The roadworks immediately outside are currently a major limitation in terms of access.

stayed here for 9 nights in late jan / early feb, the hotel it’s self is gorgeous, rooms are spacious and clean and the location is ideal to shop & restaurants with a small walk to the beach. the staff in the hotel are fantastic and they really make you feel very welcome and they are always happy to help, Ploy in the restaurant is very nice and very attentive and was always smiling. the breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice between Asian or other dishes. the pool area was lovely however doesn’t have the space for many sun loungers but that didn’t matter for our stay. thank you to all the staff at Centara Azure for making our stay wonderful

The location, price, and room comfort is superb. Its my fifth or so stay in this hotel and I still wouldn’t consider anywhere else.

There is quite a bit of road work going on outside the hotel (Nov-22). My advice would be to try grab a pool view room.

Comfy bed. Safe and secure room, quite, nice view of the pool. Pool was beautiful and well maintained.

The carpet is very warn and really needs changing. The air conditioning system leaked twice during my stay, flooding my floor. But the staff were very good and fixed the issue quickly.

I forgot my laptop case in the closet, I wrote to them twice and twice they told me that there is no forgotten case. They lied to me from the hotel, even though I wrote to them the next day. Finally my friend went to the hotel and picked it up and sent it to me.

Excellent location, with a backdoor access right next to LK Metro. The Pool is huge and perfect for swimming. Staff is always very friendly and ready to help. The bed is robust and ready for action ;)

Many things got broke in the room like light, ac and shower. But the staff was always very fast to fix this issues.
