Location of the hotel was exceptional for all things going on in the area. Lots of taxi and Bhat bus running both directions to and from Walking Street.

The hotel is new but could have been doing with a bigger balcony to sit on after a day at the beach just to unwind and watch the sunset. Also the in-room safety deposit box could have at least been nailed or screwed to the wall, although the room was safe in it's self these were just my opinions. One other gripe was that the whole road was being dug up to replace new water pipes and the road was blocked off for the duration of our stay. Although im sure this will be finished some time soon........ I hope.

The location is lovely. The hotel is new and fantastic. Even though the rooms are a little smaller, the cleanliness and location make it more than worth it. The hotel is one I'd recommend. It is in the middle of the action but exceptionally quiet.

They refused to give extra creamer and coffee. Even worse, they said not more than two bottles per day. This doesn't happen at many hotels. At night, when I called for extra coffee, even willing to pay, I was told no housekeeping staff was available. While all this inconvenience is regrettable, I will still stay in the hotel if I ever revisit the city. Also, restaurant and coffee shop close pretty early.

I’m very picky when it comes to hotels, as I have stayed all over the world and know what a good hotel feels and tastes like. Book this hotel and breathe easy. it’s class.

Not much. if I had to moan it’d be they didn’t have porridge on my first day. The second day they went out and put hit for me (May the manager in the kitchen is a wonderful person)

Fantastic and friendly front desk staff. Check in was a breeze. Helpful concierge. Housekeeping was fast and efficient. Clean and modern facilities. Close to amenities, 7Eleven and pharmacy around the corner.

Location in the noisy and seedy part of town, near strip clubs and go go bars.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in the heart of Pattaya with the most wonderful team of people. Cannot fault anything about our stay. From the warm, friendly, professional staff and rooftop pool, to the exceptionally clean room and super comfortable bed, it was truly a little haven in a very busy city. As others have noted, there is some construction going on outside, but it wasn’t an issue as access was available at all times and noise is limited. Appeared likely to be finished soon. The staff are what make this hotel special. They are a definite asset. Between them, the quality of the hotel, what it offers and the location, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to Pattaya.

Our room was nice and cozy, size was perfect for the two of us. Huge bed and decent size bathroom with all the amenities. The staff members were really polite and very helpful, most of them knew English so it was easier for us for communicate. The property is beautifully located in south pattaya where everything is accessible by foot, especially the nightlife, tons of massage parlour and 7-11 stores around just few steps away from the hotel.

I wish they had more options in the breakfast buffet, both the days we stayed options were more or less same with limited choices.

A brand new hotel with all the modern amenities. Though located a short walk from some of Pattaya's famous raucous nightlife, the hotel itself is on small side street as is very quiet. Lobby area has some impressive architectural details and the rooms are great. The shower was one of the best I've seen in any hotel, regardless of price. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nothing at all. If the management and staff can keep up the good work they should have a real success. Even though the hotel only recently opened it seem fairly full, so the word must be getting around.

Brand new. Underground parking, location not so busy and noisy, very close to Villa Market and SFX Cinema, excellent bed and pillows, good breakfast, nice staff except hotel manager. Nice restaurant with friendly staff and tasty food.

It's in Central pattaya which I don't like, this hotel way more expensive for that area, always unfriendly hotel manager sometime shows up at reception, speaks rude with staff and guests and tries to show everyone "who is the boss". Its 100% non smoking and only one outdoor dedicated smoking place made in very discriminative way - specially uncomfortable.
