It was my first time at the hotel. I have choose Oakwood because its a pet friendly hotel. I took Junior Suit and it was very spacious room with nice and comfortable bed, good pillows, clean linen. Room has big refrigerator, coffee, tea, cups, hair dryer, iron and iron board. Sofa and table in the room opposite TV.Bathroom was nice too with enough space inside.Big balcony with 2 chairs.My dog Masha was same impressed as me and my family:) Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Mr.Jo that made a check in for us (not sure if spelling of the name is correct:) The only one thing I would reccomend to the hotel is to arrange a small area with good grass for doggie pee and poo. Its really necessary as all area around is just a concrete. Not all doggies pee on the concrete. We are from Koh Chang, a natural park, so my dog would never pee or poo on concrete. So, just a small area with grass would be perfect add to the facility. However, I would definetly stay at this hotel again.

Neighbours (Indian men) was really noisy in the evening (leaving to the bar probably) & back at 3 am from the bar (as I suspect). Talking in a very loud voices like they were the only guests in the hotel like it was not 3 am when all normal people sleep. I would reccomend to the hotel to make a notice on each floor to keep the silence in the corridor if you back to the hotel at 3 am as sleeping people are not ready to share your excitment from the bar visiting.

The location is absolutely perfect. It's on second road so you can literally walk your way to the beach or enjoy the nightlife of Soi Buakhao without getting a costly taxi. But Oakwood is also tucked away so you can get a little bit of peace as well. The hotel has absolutely great staff. When you have a dog, your choices are limited - I've never really liked the small rooms or the staff at Ibis. The guys at Oakwood are a lot more relaxed, they love dogs and bend over backwards to be helpful during your stay. The rooms here are also much more spacious and tastefully decorated. Great selection of TV channels, the WiFi is incredible and there's a great swimming pool as well. The price is decent for the quality of the hotel.

They're doing building work outside on the road that leads to the main entrance of the hotel so you've got a lot of maintenance work to navigate past. Thankfully it's not noisy at all. There's a side entrance from the Travel Lodge you can use as well although I always feel a bit sheepish going through there but nobody has said anything. The Travel Lodge staff did once add a bunch of cones in front of the entrance which lead me to believe they might not be too happy with Oakwood hotel visitors coming through their side entrance. Other than the maintenance work, there's not much to complain about Oakwood.

Great location. Close enough to shops, restaurants & nightlife but far enough away from the noisy areas. Just a short walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and markets in Close walking distance, to the beach as well. Very friendly and helpful staff. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. Nice flat screen TV with plenty of channels.

No negative comments. The things that I didn't like are not within the control of the hotel.

staff were amazing, special thanks to the hotel manager who made sure the stay was a good stay, I would stay there again.

only thing can say that walls and door are kind of thin so you can hear outside the room if house keeping or other guests talking outside the room.

New hotel, comfortable rooms, great staff, good breakfast and special thanks to the manager GOVEN who made sure to improve everything and we like the location

A small bathroom

The hotel is good as I remembered from the last time I visited in 2019. Poolside is very quiet and sun shines there from dusk till dawn. There is also restaurant at the top floor. Bed was hard and I liked it that way.

Have stayed here before while in Pattaya on business, location is good for getting food and drinks etc, even though most thing are shut down right now. Rooms are big and clean, with good choice of western TV channels.

Did not bother with breakfast as it was pretty disapointing last time but have many options within walking distance anyway.

Big rooms, big bed enjoyed our stay close to everything but also out of the way.

No bad things bed slightly too hard for me but is to be expected in Thailand

I like breakfast food and hotel staff is very humble. In this hotel on 8th floor have a good multicusine restaurants with sky view and mountain view also and I love food on this place in Breakfast also have so many options.

The room was huge and comfortable. It's clean and quiet. The staff were friendly. Great place to stay in.

Lots of construction nearby. It's not easy to walk around. It should be much better after the construction is done. The swimming pool was smaller than expected and the water was very warm even at night.
