very clean , best clean place from pattaya ,

neighbors who try to enter double door inside room. indian people also they make lot of noise they sleep with 4 in one room is not normal

Breakfast was typically Holiday Inn Express with very limited options. It was really not upto my expectations. However the staff tried their label best to keep the guests some good vibes. The location was very much Central to Pattaya hotspots but a bit busy and loud as well as not very clean neighbourhood. Special mention needs to made about the House keeping led by Narin who did a fantastic job to provide our two connected rooms a fresh look every day during our entire stay of 8 days.

I have stayed many times in Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express across many destinations around the world and really enjoyed my stay. However my stay at Holiday Inn Pattaya was not the best because they are not 10/10. They are 8/10. I was bit dissappointed by the size of the top floor swimmimg pool. It was really small almost like a plunge pool.

Holiday Inn Express is an excellent hotel. It is a very clean, modern hotel with great facilities. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable and well equipped. The wi-fi is very good. For those how wish to explore LK Metro, Walking street and Pattaya beach, Holiday Inn Express is in a great location within 10-15 minutes walk of each of these locations. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel even has an in-house laundry. The rooms are cleaned and the bed linen and towels are changed every day, unless the guest requests otherwise. A very good smorgasbord breakfast is served each morning from 6-10 am.

I was very happy with every aspect of my stay at Holiday Inn Express.

This is an excellent value for money Hotel in a prime location in Pattya. I used to stay in the Saim@Saim Design Hotel in Pattya which is a five star hotel. However it was getting expensive and the Saim@Saim is more suitable for couples. This hotel is equally good for singles as couples as the room size was perfect. As a result I began looking for other hotels and found the Holiday Inn Express Pattya. What I liked about the hotel it was spotlessly clean and the breakfast is first class. I lived in the hotel for 23 days and never visited the hotel swimming pool because its not my thing. There was so many other things to do in Pattya. Highly recommended for your trip to Pattya Thialand.

Nothing everything was fine.

I enjoyed everything about my stay at the Holiday Inn express, A guest friendly hotel with a terrific value and location far exceeded my expectations. The room and facilities were nearly perfect. USB cord charger Conveniently placed throughout the room. Breakfast accommodations were better than I had expected. Any problems I had the staff were quick to respond and solve my issue. If I happen to be back in town, I would surely consider re-booking this hotel.

One of the three elevators was being maintained. I found the elevators to be a little bit on the slow side, which is to be expected during busy hours. It wasn’t a huge issue at the time, but I found that the shower, which had pretty good pressure was constantly hot and after trying to put the shower on a cooler setting would not to cool down.

The room was very good and everything worked well. Breakfast was very good even though the dining room was very busy. Check in was easy and the staff were good. The car park was good and there was always a place for the few times I went out and later returned. I didn't try the swimming pool or the gym so don't know what they are like. The location was good and I was able to walk or get a 20 baht taxi to most places I wanted to go to. There was a self serve laundry not far from the hotel.

The air conditioning was a little difficult to get right and the shower recess was a little small. It was very close to some bars and massage paces.

Location + comfortable bed + freedom + staff

There are no insulators between the rooms. Room No. 517 had a separating door for the next room. Unfortunately for me, an annoying family with their children lived in the next room. I could not sleep because of the mother’s shouting with her two sons in the middle of the night, although the second complaint was from other guests, but the hotel policy did not Make any decision with this annoying family.

We liked the comfy beds and amazing pillows. The breakfast was nice and my son enjoyed the pancakes a lot! There was also free covered parking which is sometimes hard to come by in Pattaya, although some spots are really tricky to get into. Still a win for me! It is surprisingly quiet inside the rooms considering how close the property is to Walking Street and other drinking establishments.

The pool that is too small and the location. If you are into partying then this is a great choice but we didn't know how close it was to Walking Street until we got there. The roads leading to the hotel is an average 2 way street but is filled with parked motorbikes that makes it harder to navigate when you're driving a car.

Clean, well designed rooms, nice breakfast layout and good parking underneath.

There was nothing wrong with the hotel. the surroundings were slightly seedy but then again what can you really expect whilst in pattaya?

A fantastic hotel located within a short walk to the main entertainment areas, also on the 'hop on/off' bus route. The room was kept spotlessly clean by the staff, everything was very new & despite my initial reservations about the room size the standard room was more than big enough for the long stay I had. When I arrived at the hotel, there wasn't a room available at the time which wasn't too much of a problem. My luggage was stored & Kathy the receptionist called me when my room was available which was still more than 3 hrs before check in time. The quality of the room & attentiveness of the staff is why I'll stay here again.
